Review 1：We booked to stay in this hotel for 1 night and upon arrival were advised they didn't have a room for us and took us to a hotel around the corner. The rooms at this hotel were a lower standard than the hotel we booked to stay in. I feel the hotel should have contacted us in advance to advise us an give us an opportunity to book somewhere else. Very unprofessional.
