Review 1：We love everything about the place. We stay here whenever we fly out of Duesseldorf Airport. We have done so many times and have never been disappointed.
Review 2：Very nice facitities for my dog there was a corner in the room with food and drink basket and a candystick for her. Friendly staff good parking, excellent food in the restaurant next door.
Review 3：i was not advised that the restaurant would be closed on that day due to karneval. It was an inconvenience i really didn't appreciate. This info should have been shared beforehand.

Review 6：Great reception; convenient location; great breakfast; early check-in request accommodated. Excellent restaurant on site -booking essential for dinner is necessary though as it is small. Will always go back to Haus Kronenthal when I want to visit Ratingen / Düsseldorf.
Review 7：Ineffective curtains hanging non-vertically from ceiling - so lets all the light flood in at night. Curtains should be flush against the wall-window. The door access card was hard to use- we needed help.

Review 31：A great little place and a pleasant surprise: lovely clean rooms, very nice breakfast, free WIFI, great location if you want to stay near Düsseldorf but not in the city itself, friendly and helpful staff, and for a very reasonable price! We also liked there being a restaurant just next door - we had dinner there once and the food was lovely (if not that cheap).
