Review 2:Even though we arrived late at night (after normal check in time) it was no problem to find and get into the room. It was lovely furnished and the bed was very cozy. The morning after we were greeted at breakfast by the lovely hostess Renee who served us a delicious meal including eggs from her own hens.
Review 3:Everything about this place was perfect! Renee is a fantastic host! Woke up to breath-taking views and a delicious breakfast with fresh baked bread every morning!
Review 4:the location and specially for his hospitality. Ms. Fay has welcomed us personaly and introduced their haus to us. She has also recommended us restaurants for dinner. just one word, very nice vocation haus and hope come again.
Review 5:A little tricky finding our way on the narrow country roads.
Review 6:Renée was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us a lot in planning our excursions. Very quiet location.
Review 7:If you were in a downstairs bedroom, the wifi was weak and needed to access it upstairs in the breakfast room.

Review 9:Landhaus Fey is situated in beautiful countryside. We really appreciated the hospitality shown by the owner and particularly enjoyed the communal breakfast table.
Review 10:The breakfast was good. I liked the location even though it was little bit far from the center of city. (It was walkable distances) I could relax with Austrians nature. Everything was green around the hotel.

Review 12:this is truly a lovely gem! The place is cozy, spotless and full of cute decorations that makes your heart smile ;) Renee and mark are wonderful hosts and the village itself is peaceful and fun to walk around. It's also a real pleasure to start the morning in the pleasant dining room with a tasty breakfast ! In short, We enjoyed every minute of our stay !
Review 13:Wifi didn't work downstairs
Review 14:Lovely stay at peaceful environment. Location is perfect as Bad Ischel and other small towns are close and easily reached. Mark and Renee were perfect hosts and made out stay comfortable. Gluten free products were available during breakfast as I had informed hosts about special diet.
Review 15:Rene and mark couldnt have been friendlier, warmer, more helpful, interested in us and our travels. Wish we could have stayed longer. They were so personable and that made all the difference.
Review 16:Lightings at the bedroom and the bathroom were found not working (too late to inform the owner).
Review 17:Very friendly host family. Room decorations were lovely.
Review 18:We had a really nice time in landhaus fay, it is a perfect choice if you would like to escape from the everyday-rush. The couple who owns the landhaus is a very lovely one, breakfast is delicious, the rooms are super comfortable.
Review 19:The bed was a bit short with the lot of pillows. The standby led of the tv was very strong in the night, so we had to pull out from the socket.
Review 20:The way to the house was very funny (narrow road with a lot of turnes), but based on the email of René and Mark we found it easily. Every m2 of the house is full of lovely and colorful things, the atmosphere is wonderful. The bunnies below our window were also cute. There is a delicious breakfast at a big table - like the guests would be a big family. Our room was romantic, like one from the IKEA catalog - I liked it very much.
Review 21:As mentioned on earlier posts, towels are very firm, you could scratch paint with them
Review 22:Very friendly hosts, room and bathroom were very spacious, good breakfast. Little bit out of town but the surroundings is very nice

Review 65:We came to Bad Ischl for the first time to Ski and were more than pleasantly surprised to say the least by Landhaus Fay. The Fay family was incredibly accommodating and friendly with generous knowledge of the area and local events. their home was beautiful and COZY! Breakfast was wonderful, with fresh eggs from their own HAPPY chickens! Awesome movie dvd selection and with beer in the fridge! A Beautiful Home nestled within the alps, surrounded by the greenest hills, forests and the most pristine lakes of the area. We will be returning this summer:)

Review 72:Landhaus Fay was a perfect location for our planned day trips to Gosau (Dachstein), Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang in the Salzkammergut. It's located in the beautiful, rolling countryside just over a mile from downtown Bad Ischl - a relaxing diversion from our visits to the metro areas. Our room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the Fays were wonderful hosts. When you're planning trips to a places you haven't seen, you hope that you'll stay in places like this.

Review 76:Friendly family run b & b Helpful advice / information fromstaff Excellent breakfast
Review 77:Location is not good for people WITHOUT a car. Bus connection very restricted, but Taxi available. For us the place was a little bit "too rustique", we would have preferred a more modern accommodation.

Review 79:We spent 5 lovely days in Landhous Fay at the beginning of May. The house is situated probably in the best part of Bad Ischl, surrounded by pure nature and still close to the town (about 5-10 minutes by car). We were also very satisfied with our room which was very nice designed, so as dinning room. We highly recommend Landhous Fay as a perfect place to stay.
