Review 1：I was a late arrival. The hotel staff sent me the access code for the door and directions to my room. It was very straight forward and they even provided a phone number for the person on call in case of any issues. Excellent service. I would certainly stay again!
Review 2：It was a nasty smell in the apartment (nr.11).Missed aircondition.Earwigs in the apartment.The loft is not safe for small children.

Review 4：After a long drive we arrived at the Ebeltoft Motel at 23.00pm, we were delighted with the size of the room as we we're 4 adults. The beds were very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. We were only staying one night as we were moving into our New house the next day. We would definetly recommend this motel to our friends.
Review 5：A few things led us to believe that our room hadn't been fully prepared due our stay. The floor was pebbles which was strange. Self catering facilities were limited but as specified at point of booking (kettle, microwave,fridge). No crockery or cutlery was provided we had to borrow this from the dining room.
Review 6：Far away from the town and for a person without a car it's pretty troublesome. No great views also. Pretty ordinary , I must say. Had requested for a pick up from ebletoft bus terminal since I felt the motel would provide it as a complimentary service for someone without a car. Was charged 100 DKK for the same why all the whole I felt it would have been complimentary . Nearest dinner facility was at leaSt 1.5 kms away by short cut path . Made a big mistake and stayed here.
Review 7：Just had a wonderful evening here. The room was great, all redone. The staff was amazing. It was off-season and the whole place seemed empty, but the staff made sure I had a great experience. Will come back again!

Review 25：I travelled with my mother from the UK to go to a funeral in Denmark and booked this motel in order to be near the airport for an early morning flight. We arrived late in the evening but the receptionist could not have been more accommodating. Beds were wonderfully comfortable and fabulous showers, great wi-fi. We hit a potential disaster at 5am when our booked taxi did not arrive. With no other means of getting to the airport in time for the flight, we knocked on the door of the couple who run or manage the motel. Middle of the night and they were fantastic!! Calls to the taxi firm were not getting us anywhere, so the gentleman got dressed and drove us himself to the airport. At this time of the morning this was truly above and beyond their responsibility!!! But it was done so quickly and graciously that we made our flight and all that 5am stress was relieved by that wonderful couple. thank you!!!
Review 26：The mattress is very soft, and the location is not in The center of town but a 5 minute drive. It really doesn't matter if you travel by car (as we did), as they have a lot of free parking, but if you only use public transport this might be an issue.
Review 27：Cosy, feel-at-home design with EVERYTHING you need, including a microwave, stove, cutlery, coffee & tea. Everything was very clean and seemed quite new, and the design was very welcoming and comfortable. It also looks as a great family room, as besides the main bed there is a place for two children to sleep in a second floor inside the room. Considering the low price, this place was a wonderful surprise in our trip.
