Review 1：A bit noisy during the night. No real table and chair to work on. Not possible to make the room really dark.

Review 3：Smoking area is immediately outside the main entrance which means that everyone has to walk through it. Common issue at other hotels though.

Review 11：The bed was super uncomfortable. The bed sheets and conforters were to short for the bed also the pillows are smaller so you keep bumping your head against the headboard. Breakfast cost €7.20 but it is not worth it you could go to the store next door. Plus it is just the same breakfast each morning. I didn't even eat each day just 3 times out of 8. Should have a mini fridge because you have drinks.

Review 13：Barnen tyckte att det var 5+. Superlyxigt. Tacksam för den fria parkeringen framför hotellet (tre platser) samt hotellpersonalens tips på badplats/lekplats i närheten. Guld.

Review 14：The hotel serves a basic breakfast, however the bread rolls ran out and it was 15 minutes before more appeared. A continental breakfast without rolls is simply not good enough.

Review 16：I had reserved a late check out (3PM) and when I returned from my work Sunday around 1PM my code did not work anymore. There were some polish or russian women in the lobby I do not know if they worked there but they first refused to open the door. There were no staff at the hotel and the phone number charged over 1 € / minute and they only spoke german. After banging on the door the women let me in but I had to get mad to have them open the door.

Review 19：Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The young man at the desk offered me the use of a storage area to park my E-Bike free of charge. The hotel lobby and breakfast room were spacious, bright, and inviting. The location is perfect: right next to the pedestrian zone and yet quiet. The room was bright and cheerful. The hotel seems to be very new.

Review 20：This hotel is located downtown with underground parking for just 1€ a day. There is a grocery store right next door to buy snacks for the evening or you can walk around the corner to wine and dine or spend lots of money shopping. The mall is in walking distance to include the main river. As far as the hotel, it is very nice, the food is tasteful with a variety of choices, and cheaper than most hotels in the area. You will not regret your stay here. Enjoy!

Review 21：The Wireless is almost unusuable to to extremely weak signal.

Review 22：THe staff was amazing and always helpful. Our room was not made up when we arrived even through the Maid log stated it was. Our receptionist, Sabina, immediately switched us to another room with no wait or fuss.

Review 23：The check out policy is terrible. I reserved my room for seven days but after four days I decided to go to Frankfurt. I was informed by the manager that even if I left early I would have to pay for all seven days, because they have a no check out policy. When I questioned him about the policy and asked to see it in writing he stated it was on their website (It is not).

Review 26：Modern interier, good location near historic center of the city, not so far deutsche bahn (train station) station at the same time. Comfortable room, big bed. There are all that you'll need in your room. Polite personnel, regular cleaning.

Review 27：One think only, I didn't like the habit of questioning guests whether they paid for the breakfast while eating already. Moreover, I was informed in quite not polite way, that I didn't pay. Staff (man) apologized after checking the system, but distaste stayed:(

Review 29：Absolutely everything in this hotel is exceptional for a budget establishment. The staff were amazing (special mention for Sabine on reception, who really went the extra mile). My room was spacious, light, cheerful and perfectly clean (it is newly opened this summer) and I had a wonderful sleep in a supremely comfortable bed. Free use of hotel computer and an excellent breakfast. I wanted for nothing during my stay and I thought it was incredibly good value. The extra charge for breakfast was worth every cent.

Review 30：Breakfast is not at all worth the money, avoidable at all cost. The receptionist completely misguided us about parking. This hotel was a stopover for us and we reached the hotel at 2200CET, when inquired about the parking the receptionist informed us we can park next to the hotel. In the morning we found-out it was non parking area and we also received a fine from the police.

Review 32：Room code system is faulty, which denies you entry into the hotel or room after the reception is closed. Better look for another hotel to get a bed, while all your travel items are looked up in the b&b hotel. Be careful or avoid. The b&b hotel did pay for the overnight at the other hotel and was very apologetic.

Review 33：It got a little noisy in the early hours of the morning, but closing the window and turning on the air conditioning did the trick. In comparison, breakfast was a little on the expensive side, but there are enough bakeries and cafeterias around.

Review 34：Excellent location with air-conditioned rooms, right next to a car park and 100 metres from the central bus station in the city shopping centre. Fun decor.
