Review 1：Good restaurant, but service oddly patchy. For example being brought a bottle of wine which we then had to open and pour ourselves.

Review 3：Unfriendly staff when we arrived on Sunday afternoon. Told there was no dinner at the hotel even though the display board outside said it is was open for Sunday dinner. No staff on site in the evening - front of hotel locked up - very unwelcoming - only entrance round the back.

Review 15：This is a charming Hof in an inner court yard that made it very quiet.Although the staff do not speak a LOT of English(this town was in the former east Germany) we felt very relaxed.Breakfast was really good ,dinner was 1st class and plentyful.Our room was large and airy
Review 16：I emailed the hotel multiple times for directions from the train station, but did not get a reply. We ended up walking about 1/2 hour in heavy snow with our bags. We did see a tram near the train station, but didn't know if it went to the hotel or where to buy a ticket.
Review 17：The hotel and room were of beautiful half-timber design, and the room itself was large and clean, with a comfortable bed and hot shower. We were allowed to check in early and the hotel provided free WiFi. It's located close to the old town, and just a few minutes walk from the main church and it's wonderful treasury.
Review 18：The hotel is in a quiet place inside the small old city centre of Halberstadt. It is ok for roundtrip, for dining in its restaurant or eer garten. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a hotel safe parking place.
