Review 6：we liked the fact that the hotel was so central and actually over-looking and being alongside the harbour. The hotel and rooms was very, very clean and comfortable - we were able to park our car just outside the hotel (although our holiday was not in the high season). The staff were very helpful; although they do not speak much English, when they knew we also spoke French, they went out of their way to get a French speaking member of staff to ensure we understood about an easier access entry for my husband, who has trouble walking and this was without us asking. The French speaking lady made sure she saw us each day to answer any questions we may have had. She is a great asset to the hotel ! Limited hi-fi and Spanish TV meant great evenings free to wander and look and talk - fantastic......
Review 7：Great location, we had a lovely bright room with a huge window overlooking the Marina (recommended). Staff were all very friendly & helpful.Our motorcycle was in a locked garage a little way up the road, one of the staff actually walked up to greet us outside, after we had navigated the one way system... garaging was free of charge. The view from our window was absorbing, it rained quite hard whilst we were there but we had plenty to see. The town has some interesting buildings. A walk down on to the fishing harbor& around to see the lovely beaches was well worth it.Ideally located for the main part of the town, places of interest & restaurants. When we were leaving we sat & had a coffee & we were allowed to stay in the warm to put our waterproof clothing on, a great bonus!
Review 8：The friendliness and helpfulness of staff. The view over harbour from room. The central location, 2 minutes from where it's all happening in Llanes. Stayed mid-week in July and wasn't disturbed by any noise in the wee hours. Got good sleep every night.
Review 9：The wifi was'nt available in rooms, but that is the only negative comment I could make and to be honest the hotel staff made you feel very comfortable when using the internet in the dining room.

Review 13：This hotel is in need of an update, the carpets are worn, the bathroom is very small with a tiny bath and an outdated shower, the blankets smell and need a wash, the furniture is very old and needs replacing. Breakfast was 1 slice of toast or 1 croissant and 1 cup of coffee!! Not enough pillows..

We thought about changing rooms due to a noisy couple next door, and the staff toured us through all other available rooms and said they would also speak to the couple. Everyone we dealt with was kind and helpful, despite our fractured Spanish. Our third-floor corner room was fabulous and overlooked the waterfront. Plus, the hotel was in a great, central location. It also included breakfast and free parking.
Review 68：View from the window was stunning. Location couldn't have been better. Right next to marina and centre of Llanes, yet it was completely peaceful. Very good breakfast with different choices. Will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
