Review 1：Breakfast buffet is very limited, front staff wanted to charge me a higher price and messed up the reservation. No apology, very provincial. If you must stay in Halberstadt I guess this is an OK choice but too expensive

Review 8：- staff do not speak english - they gave me pretty poor room when I booked it via booking.com (I was complaining on the reception; room was totally different than on the picture on booking.com) - no possibility to borrow an iron (ironing cost 8 EUR; this is the first hotel where I have experienced this)

Review 11：No extra check-in, all information was gathered from booking.com forms. We got the key to the room immediately when arriving. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Review 12：There was no wifi available in the rooms only in a public area in the hall. In a 4 star hotel, wifi should be available. There were no facilities in the room to make coffee or tea. We always appreciate this facility very much. The room was fine, but not very spacious. For a 4 star hotel you expect a larger room.

Review 13：Hotel with a very nice garden. Although very near to the city centre, it was very quit and we slept very wel. Very good beds and the restaurant serves very good food. Friendly staff. The bathroom was beautfull and well equipped. We had a very nice stay.
