Review 1：Overpriced. The waiter was friendly, but other staff were not helpful. They made us feel that we are a burden to them rather than the guests. We were told that there is a indoor pool, but this was closed for long term refurbishment. It was a fuss to get a cot for a baby. Despite asking at the reception they could not provide a kettle for warm baby milk. Spider webs in room.

Review 3：The receptionist wasn't so friendly. She eventually supported our request for a new room, but her initial reaction - despite there being a lot of rooms available - was to say no.

Review 7：The two older ladies that work there are very unfriendly. A reason not to book there again. You really get the feeling you better not ask them anything. Rooms are clean, but old-fashioned. Swimming pool is too cold and not really appealing. More choice at breakfast would be welcome.
