Review 2：The location of the hotel made our experience very enjoyable. It was 100 meters from town center, on a public bus route and 1 kilometer from the train station. The room was quiet but not so quiet that we could not here the church bells. The restaurant was accommodating to our needs and the front desk helped us with public transportation for day trips.

Review 3：Wifi is bad, could not connect with 4 different devices. Nobody could, I checked. So could not get any work done. Calble connection is veeeeery slooooooow. Situation did not improve over 6 day stay. If don't care about being connected for work and/or privat rating would be fair to good. Fitness is NOT indoor and costs you €5,50. Wellness area nice but steambath u.s.

Breakfast staff (just the one lady, actually) rather annoyingly insistent that guests could only sit in half of the restaurant, the breakfast part in the winter garden. Half the winter garden room went unused, because anyone who sat there was chided to move. Otherwise, the service by all in the restaurant was great. Just this one aspect was annoying.

Also, the provide in-room safe wasn't bolted to anything (could carry it out) and it didn't work (staff did not know how to use it and could not find instructions for it).

The hotel boasts beautiful rooms, an intimate bar, an amazing restaurant (the best food I've ever eaten-Salmon tar-tar & Wild Ragout), a relaxing and varied [swimwear-free] spa (included in hotel stay - sauna, steam room, experience showers, foot baths, extra-large wooden bath tub and relaxation area). The hotel was fully booked and we were never bothered by any noise. Everything was so quiet. We were traveling with an almost-3-year-old and used the baby cot provided by the hotel. Even my son slept well. I don't usually vote to return to places after I've visited, but this hotel is in top competition for our next trip to the area.

Review 62：before getting there i had asked for a crib. as we walked into our room all i expected was a crib, but there was a neatly set up playpen, a big diaper changing pad and a cute little yellow ducky for my little boy to play with. compared to all the other hotels we have stayed at in germany, this hotel really seemed to go out of their way.
