Review 1：The hotel was a little far from city center and we had a little trouble communicating with the staff since they had limited English and we don't speak any German. But the staff really did their best trying to accommodate us.

Review 11：The maid looked in to clean our room when we were still there. She promptly withdrew, not giving us an opportunity to say we were about to go out. We assumed she would return, but when we got back in the evening the beds had not been made.
