Review 1：Remind clean service to change the towels or to clean the apartment if they don't do this, and not complain later in opinions.

Review 3：2nd stay at these apartments. This year had an even larger apartment, one of the best apartments I have stayed in over the years. Great size, fully equipped for self catering and lovely location. Pools are very well maintained and always able to grab a sunbed.

Review 4：The foam mattresses on the beds made them very hot and sweaty (although comfortable regarding softness) and the kitchen was kitted out very minimally. Our air conditioning did not work properly but we were not told until our last day, when workman knocked on our door at 9 am and needed all morning in the apartment to fix it.

Review 5：It was great to be on the edge of the Cala de Sol/ Cala Ferrera development because we had unintterupted views of the countryside and it was more peaceful in the evenings. It also made walking into town in the evenings more of an event and we were close to the two lovely little bays, which were not as busy as others. We loved the little pool next to our apartment block - it never got very busy so there was usually sunbeds free. We really enjoyed the food and the entertainment on the Flamenco evening. The reception staff were very helpful with booking a taxi to the airport and finding out about buses.

Review 6：The wifi is very poor especially since you have to pay for it some days the showers did not have very much hot water, we think it was due to the fact that the property was fully booked but still this is no excuse

Review 7：The staff were so nice and could not have been more helpful. The apartments are clean and well serviced every three days and the local food and entertainment was good value and interesting.

Review 9：Very delightful complex with lots of green areas and nice pools, friendly, helpful staff, cozy apartments newly furnished everything you need for a perfect holiday! The beaches are beautiful, the weather was great nice and hot! just the way i like it! We certainly recommend the restaurant casa blanca, the food was delicious starting from the buffet to the paella. To top it all we were entertained with live music, and were served by a lovely waiter that was very helpful in every way! we will be back next year!

Review 10：Only problem was asked in bed preference for a double bed but the apartment had twin beds.

Review 11：Quiet at night clean apartment, towels changed regularly. Nice small pool, close to a supermarket. Easy walk to the beach and good selection of places to eat and drink. good for a weeks stay.

Review 15：The area was quite quiet which was good as I wanted to relax. There is an amazing vegetarian restaurant nearby called Treff, which you should definitely try. The apartment was a good size and the shower was very powerful. The pool was lovely.

Review 16：Duplex 2 bed apartment. No aircon in bedrooms so very hot at night, especially for the kids. One unhelpful receptionist but rest were nice. Had extra charge for cot that had not been mentioned.

Review 18：One of the reception staff members was quite sharp and it wasn't alanguage barrier, she was not very friendly at all, also Friday was theday we were going home so we decided to go to the water park on theThursday only to be told the bus didn't run that day, by the rudereceptionist may I add, an not alternative was given, when I asked couldwe go from somewhere else I was told sharply no!! Also the apartmentabove ours which must sleep upto 8 people was very noisy!! An last butnot least the shower facilities were awful the showers didn't workproperly they were leaking the smell was bad an not great for my motherwho walks with a stick, we had to shower in our swimming costumesbecause it was a shared facility my son is 12 an my mother is 69 anneither was comfortable showering naked infront of eachother not reallyappropate!!!

Review 20：Why did they put two big chests of drawers in the main room that turned out to be dummies and couldn't be opened? Why did the aircon automatically turn off after very few hours in the very hot summer night. Why did the towels look and feel as if on their fifth year. Why did we have to pay extra for the security of using the safe (while getting information about organised criminals being active in the area)? Quite worn down and not where I would normally spend my money.

Review 21：If you like package travelling, this is probably a pretty mainstream budget place. Functional apartment with a pleasant balcony. The pool was nice and close distance to the beach.

Review 22：-The hotel/booking.com charged 1/3 of the fee on reservation; we did not know; this information was not easy to find ! Not refundable ! -The hotell charged the rest of the fee om arrival; before we could se the app. ! -We asked weeks Ahead for a quiet location; we got an app. Next to the pool and "snack-bar", open untill 2 at night, often open until 4 in the morning With Music and noise -The main bedrom had no aircondition; Windows had to be open With all the noise; very hot and uncomfortable -There was extremely many mosquitos; Our hole body was covered in big, itchy bites. We spend a lot of money on mosquitonet, mosquito"traps", spray, healing lotion etc.. -Beds and pillow were very hard, appartment and Kitchen old and worn -Arrival om Friday; Wash and clean towels om Wednesday the following week ! In two weeks the app. was "cleaned" Three times -The "path" by the pool was rotten and very unsteady to walk at -Receptionists was grumpy and unwilling to help; we always had to come back another time when we asked for another app; "later", "tomorrow"; "talk With someone else", would not help reg. mosquitos etc. -The hole family aggreed; We have never been to a hotell we have disliked before this! -Booking.com responded to Our e-mails, but did not/could not do anything to help us

Review 23：-Sunbeds relatively New; but most beds were "reseved" early morning for 3-4 hours before the owners of the hand-towels came. A hotelrepresentative should have removed them; but the reseptionist said we must do it ourselves -Mallorca is a beatiful Place -OK pool area and "garden", but very small

Review 25：The hotel was very clean and tidy, located a 5 minute walk away from the ferrera beach and only 10 minutes away from the centre of Cala D'Or. One member of staff was lovely and couldn't do enough to make our holiday amazing. Would definitely return.

Review 26：On arriving at 2am in the morning the staff were extremely helpful, checked in within 5 minutes and taken to our room. We had booked a 3 bedroom apartment and were lucky for it to be a refurbished apartment. I have stayed in Spain and Cyprus many times in the past and I must say this was one of the best apartments. Fully equipped for self catering, 3 large size rooms, 2 bathrooms and the added bonus of free air conditioning which worked a little too well as we would wake up freezing!! Pools were absolutely great for the children, I believe there were 4 in total, cost of drinks etc. around the pool a little high but we expected this. The area the apartments are located in is a little quiet in the evenings but not a problem as bars etc. are within a 5 minute walk, with Cala Dor being around 15-20 minutes. The small beach of Cala Ferrera is a few minutes away and beautiful. As a family we would most definitely return to these apartments for another holiday.

Review 28：The apartment is clean, and in good condition having been recently refurbished. We have a terrace with a small garden and one of the four pools is right outside our gate. The staff are helpful and friendly. All in all a lively place to stay and good value for the money.

Review 42：Transfer airport to apt. took too long as bus was waiting for clients that did not show up in time. No airco in bedrooms thus rather hot although the shutters were open for natural draught. Music at poolbar was often too loud till late at night, however after complaining it was turned lower. Price for babycot rather high. Better coordination of staff required ( logbook bus)

Review 43：Apartment was simple though appropriate for 5 adults + a tottler+ baby. All utensils available.Nice terras + view , great sunsets ! Child & adult friendly : fine &clean pool + separate tottlers pool+ awesome garden. Distance to beach as promised. Staff in general friendly and helpful.

Review 47：The reception staff charged the whole amount to one of our party's card, when they had been explicitly told that we would all come in with the whole amount in cash. When we addressed this issue they were extremely unpleasant and unhelpful and as one of the party could speak spanish she heard them speaking poorly of us in a completely unacceptable manner.

Review 48：Very good location, really close to groceries, on the beautiful beach and centre (about 10 minutes on foot to Cala d'Or). It's a perfect place for rest and fun at the same time. I can recommend :)

Review 51：Nice quite location, near the beach. Rooms are cozy, spacious, very wellequiped for self-catering, like a real apartment. There is a nice placeto do cliff jumping if you dare :) just go by the main road (Av S`Horta), where is the main diving center, turn right and where the road makes aturn to the left there is a narrow passage for walking - go there.

Review 52：The decoration is quite old. We had some cockroach, but the girl at the reception was very nice and gave us some insecticide and explain us that it's unfortunatly usual in the island !

Review 53：Our appartement was in front of the pool, perfect for the child !! We were not in the main building, so the pool was smaller (good size) and quiet. We went there in June 2013. It was clean. Good emplacement : restaurants and two calas (beach) very close.

Review 54：Our particular apartment was opposite Hotel Tamareix (within the apartamentos Playa Ferrera complex) which had loud loud music playing every night. Very disturbing when you have children as we do. We asked the receptionist at Apartamentos Playa Ferrera to be moved, but no other apartments were available which meant we had to like or lump it. After 10 nights noisy and poor sleep and numerous other complaints from guests. I finally burst into the reception of Hotel Tamariex and screamed at the duty manager to turn the music off. Do not hire a room in Apartments Cala Ferrera anywhere near to this awful Hotel as they really do not care that there are other paying holiday makers in the surrounding area. Be warned!
