Review 1：Our room was very small and terribly hot. There are no fans. It was very hard to get to sleep at night because it was so hot and stuffy. We did not really like the breakfast--no gluten free options. Only one type of cheese on the breakfast buffet, and all of the cold-cut meats were processed. The bacon was very salty. They do not tell you that you will be charged for the breakfast whether or not you eat there. It isn't included in the booking... So if you aren't going to eat, please tell them otherwise you will pay for it. The price for the breakfast is very expensive compared to the quality of other breakfasts in the area. For $3 more, you can have a much better breakfast at nearby hotels.
Review 2：We loved the location of the hotel--in the middle of the vineyards and close to Bad Durkheim. The staff was very friendly. The dinner buffet was excellent.
Review 3：The bedroom very disappointing we booked a superior room looked at the photos and thought that was what we were getting. When we arrived they were flustered not a warm welcome and they struggled to find us a room.

Review 5：Restaurant was really below standard for such a hotel. The outside bar is nice but badly organised, and could be much better situated, apart from the parking. A pool would be a nice add on.

Review 7：*When I arrived at the hotel the staff had a hard time finding my booking even thru I went thru booking.com *The lady that was hosting the breakfast the next morning was not polite; because I did not have my normal suite and tie on she treated me as if I was not a important guest. You sure can tell folks true colors sometimes.
