Review 1：Central location (get ready for the bellls!) in a pretty town only 20minutes bus ride from Weeze so perfect if you have an early flight to catch. Lots of little cafes and restaurants at the doorstep so you won't stay hungry.I just needed a place to crash after a long haul flight and before another flight the following morning so just needed a bed, but Kevelaer and this hotel were a nice surprise.

Review 3：Proximity to weeze airport, and shuttle bus close to hotel. Location on a pretty square, lots of shopping and eating places nearby. Free WiFi.

Review 4：There was no personell when we arrived. There is also no lobby in the hotel itself, that is located in a nearby hotel.

Review 5：The main bar of the city is at walking distance. The check-inn was gold! When we arrived there was an envelope with a golden Schlussel in it with my name on it. With this key we found our room in the hotel!

Review 8：We stayed one night here between two flights in different days and for us it was a very good place to stay. Location is great to be close to airport but in the same time to see something more than airport hotel rooms but also the city - Kevelaer. Breakfast was simple but ok.

Review 9：There is poor sound proof isolation, it is noisy when your neighbours or you open or close your door because of the key. But it is the only minus there.

Review 10：The manager at the reception. I arrived early in the morning and at 10 a.m. I was in my room without any extra money. Two bottles of mineral water and Haribo are welcome to the guests in the room. When I left, the plane was just at 6.50 p.m. I was allowed to stay in the room till 2 p.m. again without any extra money. I have travelled a lot, even with a small kid, nobody nowhere left us stay in our room longer than it was allowed without payinf extra money! You feel there more like at the guest house. There is a small kitchen with a fridge, microwawe owen, toast maker, electric cattle. So, if you don't like to spend money in the restaurant, you can eat in the hotel. The WC and the shower is in the hall, but it does not matter. You've your key all the time - one to open the hotel door, one your own room. I was in room No3, the view is fantastic - Gnadenkapelle, St. Maries Basilic, Candle capelle - everything justr outside your window! Amazing!!!!!

Review 15：I booked this hotel because my flight arrived late in Weeze and I needed a place to stay overnight. It was a bad idea, since they don't have a 24 hours reception, even though I notified of my arrival. If I didn't speak some German I wouldn't understand that I was supposed to go to some other building. Besides, the key was just left there and I had no instructions on shower, internet or use of facilities in general. So I'd strongly advise against staying there if you arrive outside business hours.

Review 17：This is possibly the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The place has not been redecorated since at least the early 1970s. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and there was a musty smell in the room. Our stay at the hotel was a pretty grim experience overall.

Review 19：I only stayed 3h because I was between flights, but the staff was very efficient they left the room key at the entrance as well as an envelop with my name with the receipt inside.

Review 20：They didn't have my booking and made me wait a long time and didn't even bother explain the situation to me. Then room wasn't ready so I had to again wait for it to be cleaned. No apologies, no nothing. Lousy customer service in my opinion. Simply explanation and apologies would made it better.

No confirmation ofbooking, after sending a request for transfer from airport Weeze. NoInternet. No mattress protector on foam-mattress and large triangulartear in sheet.
