Review 1：The mattresses in the bedroom were very hard, reception did sort out an additional bed toppers for us though :-) Not brilliantly accessible for the disabled. there are a few ramps about but if travelling solo you would be really stuck...

Review 2：The rooms were all lovely and clean, the sofa area in the living room was the most comfortable nights sleep. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great location for those wanting the beach but there are very steep inclines all around the area to get to and from there.

Review 3：Bad - one of the kitchen unit doors was damaged and two of kitchen knives had been used as screwdrivers which are nothing really and think twice if you don't like hills or steps (lots of steps.

Review 4：Had such a nice stay last year we returned for another go. On arrival at about 23:00 we were met by very helpful staff and told we could have the high floor apartment we said we would like after 14:00 the next day and were given another apartment in B block, the apartment was great and we stayed there for the rest of the week. The apartment was getting sun on the balcony from noon until sunset. The apartment has kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and hob also a flat screen TV and a free safe and air conditioning. The apartments are a 5 minute walk to the first of the shops, bars and restaurants and 10 minutes to the centre of Cala d'Or. The apartments are right above the Ferrera beach. Good - location, adult pool area, really good balcony chairs (none of those whiteplastic things) Would happily return next September.

Review 5：The main area to eat and drink in Cala d'or was a 20 minute walk away. There were a few restaurants just 5 minutes away but not much choice for a 10 night stay. The main swimming pool in the complex had loud, chart music playing from a free Spotify account - so, all the adverts! It would have been nice to have listened to some poolside/chill out/summery tunes instead of Pitbull and friends all day long. Also, the paid for Spotify account is only £10PM - would highly recommend that investment to the hotel. Cala Ferrera beach was packed out (mid-Sept) so worth renting a car for a few days to visit more along the coast.

Review 6：We had a suite in the adult only apartment block, right outside the infinity pool. We had sun beds on our terrace just several steps from the pool. We spent most of our time here and was relaxing.

Review 7：very bad cleaning, very bad shower - water changing from hot to cold, in general apartment had problems with water, hotel was neglected - it was good few years ago

Review 9：Good for families but first hotel I've ever stayed in which charged a daily fee for a baby cot, which I declined. While not the fault of the hotel (had signs up informing guests not to reserve sunbeds) but after 9am in the morning every sunbed around the pool had been hogged with a towel on it and made it impossible to enjoy the pool as the towels stayed all day on the lounger.

Review 12：It's a nice place to stay - friendly staff always ready to help you. Activities stops around midnight in the area so you can get a nice sleep and you can walk a short distance to find bar's open if you like late activities.

Review 15：The pool was too small for the number of apartments, consequently there were too few sun loungers, yet there was a separate adult pool, for which you had to pay an additional 10 Euros per day, which was for the most part, not unsurprisingly, empty! Ludicrous greed on part of the owners.

Review 18：One of the very few hotels in the area that avoids having the annoying karaoke and family oriented 'stay in your hotel' holiday experience. It is fresher than all the surrounding hotels and offers an excellent adults only pool to relax with extra peace and quiet. Rooms were immaculate and catered very well for us as honeymooners. Recommend exploring beaches external to the hustle and bustle of the hotel region.

Review 19：The location of the apartment was ideal as it was close to Ferrara beach and also walking distance to Cala d'Or and Esmeralda. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were also informative with any queries that we had.

Review 47：My partner has limited mobility and Cala Ferrera ....or at least wherethe apartments are ....is very hilly....steps down to the beach(91)......followed by steps up at the other side then a hill to the mainthoroughfare where most of the shops and restaurants are was quitechallenging.....but we have come home with cracking calf muscles!.....One last thing, there was entertainment at the hotel in the formof a Bollywood night and a Flamenco night....both which we chose not togo to so we were quite happy with that decision, so you can decideyourselves if this is enough entertainment for yourselves or not asthere was no mini disco etc. as can be the norm for Majorcanhotels...but we were quite happy to make our own entertainment....

Review 48：We enjoyed our stay at Ferrera Beach ....and would possibly go again inthe future. Apartments were clean and modern. Twin beds in the bedroomand 2 sofas in the lounge allowed a family of 4 to be comfortable.Kitchen had modern touch hob with a fan, microwave, coffee maker,toaster and kettle. Location is within a not too commercialised area ofCala Ferrera....private villas surround with a handful of restaurants,bars.....taxi available from reception and we went to some spectacularlocal beaches ....Cala Mondrago being the favourite and about 14 euroseach way ...our favourite restaurant was Al Aqua on the steps down tothe beach...leg of lamb with salad and chips or baked potato and a glassof wine for 12 euros was delicious ...average local prices were around 8to 11 euros for a burger. Cala D'Or is a few minutes away in a taxiand has some fine shops and restaurants....the atmosphere for dining iselectric and a very enjoyable experience.....overall we've had agreat holiday and if we were to go back to Cala D'Or area of Majorcawe would re-visit these apartments.

(Oct 12) Very friendly and efficient reception area, with good facilities, although we did not make full use of them. Would certainly recomment and use again.

Review 63：Good location, friendly stuff, two nice beaches are close to hotel. Not far from the center of Cala D'or. There are a lot of restaurants as well as minimarkets. Tourists Office and a Bus Stop are near the hotel, so you may plan visiting the sites and and daily local markets in surrounding. Apartments have good facilities for leisure.

Review 64：appartments are far too small for 3-4 adults, they are much smaller than they appear on the pictures. bathroom was very small, you can not even open the door properly and some other kitchen divices are not very handy, e.g. fridge door opens to the wall - it seems that nobody gave a thought on how to improve the functionalities of these already small appartments...

Review 70：Not enough sun beds or umbrellas. After paying for adult area, quite often there was no room as people just get there early and don't move. Problem on our last morning - no water at all in apartment, and as we had to leave early, no reception either as they do not open until 8am. We had no one to contact and no washing or toilet facilities, so there should be someone to get hold of in these emergencies. Lots of steps everywhere so you need to have good walking ability and the beach is down a very steep path and overcrowded when you get there.

Review 71：The staff at these apartments are very helpful. The rooms are clean and have enough room with small but adequate bathroom. Plenty of towels supplied and changed, nice balcony and quiet at night. Good air conditioning which is very necessary. The pool area is nice and worth paying for the adult pool area. Reasonable walking distance to the main resort.

Review 72：The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which is great when travelling with small children (3 and 5). It only took about 5-10 minutes to walk to the nearest maketplace with shops, restaurants and activityparks. The poolarea was very nice and the beach was only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Review 75：The pool area is ok, but visitors tend to take the chaise lounges for an entire day, even if they don't spend the day at the pool. The hotel has a 30 minute policy for the chaise lounges, but no one respects this.

Review 76：The apartments are excellent for a small family. All facilities are available to make small lunches and dinners, if necessary. We did not like the town itself, too touristy and cirkuslooking. But you can take some great trips from Ferrera to nearby towns and Calas.

Review 77：The staff at the Ferrera Beach were excellent, from checking in at reception to a very warm welcome, we found anytime we needed anything it was never a problem and had a great stay. It was very safe for our children and they had a great time. We would absolutely go again!!

Review 78：-Reception closed at early morning (Reachable only by phone ) and Itried calling at 4:30 A.m for a specific request but the call was notanswered by any staff. -There can be a specific way out to arrange for ashuttle to the beach for people with babies and limited walkingcapabilities. The beach is only 5 minutes away but there was a slope,150 m long, with an angle of 60 degree.
