Review 1：Booking.com website and confirmation says that parking is free but it's not. ( Euro per day) Pillows are too big, can't lay our head on it

Review 5：Unsmiling reception staff. Unhelpful reception when parking ticket waslost - was made to pay another 3 euros on top of the daily charge. Didit cost the Panorama 3 euros?No Aircon - 7th floor in 32 degrees was very uncomfortable. The fan provide was inadequate. And for this reason we will not stay there again in the high summer.

Review 12：I liked that they give you as many devices on the internet as possible. I didn't lime how hot it was in the room in summer. The beef was comfy but the heat took away from the experience. They loaned me a device translator for my laptop. They were flexible with check in times. They didnt nit pick for charges. There wasn't a restaurant to get food in the building. The problem I had on Sunday is moat things are closed. There also want 2 many restaurant choices in the town. I wish they had coffe and for that price, it should be in the room. There was also only one English channel on tv which was disappointing.

Then, locating the right elevator (thehotel starts on the 6th floor) to get to my destination. No restauranton the premises and the one recommended by the staff (a place called"Enchilada") wasn't all that great.
