Review 1：The neighbourhood is not the best, but it's safe. Somwhat far from centre.
Review 2：The owner is very willing and helpful in giving information about Avilés and surrounding áreas. His family ownes a restaurant in front of hotel. Good food! Place where locals go.

Review 5：This was an excellent, quiet, clean and comfortable hotel for my overnight stop before leaving for South Spain. The Hotel was very quiet (early May) and Harry, whose family own the Hotel and Bar/Restaurant along the road could not have been more helpful. Thank you so much. I stayed in a very luxurious Hotel later which was wonderful but Hotel el Horreo was perfect for me.
Review 6：A bit of a way out of town and quite tricky to find and limited English spoken although the staff are all so pleasant it barely seems to matter.
Review 7：Just a two star but excellent and super value. Rooms spotlessly clean, excellent shower room and toilet. About a 25 minutes minutes walk along the river bank to old town of Aviles or a 1.50 euros bus ride. Same family also own restaurant across the road where the food (menu of the day ) is fantastic.Three courses including open fire grill on Friday and weekends with spare ribs, first course, dessert and bottle of wine for nine euros. Stunning!!! Can't recommend it highly enough.
