Review 7：family owned guesthouse, we check in about 10 in the evening, the rooms were limited. My friend felt freezing to cold. The room is not big enough to host two adult and a big kids. But the personal are very nice and restaurant provides very delicious food,especially home-made noodle, superb!

Review 10：Old facilities, used bed sheets stuffed into pillow cases for pillows,some of the foldable beds were too small, little light in shower (alsotook almost 30 seconds to light up), bathrooms are inside the bedrooms(so if someone would sleep in the living room and need to use thebathroom, they would need to go through one of the bedrooms).

Review 23：I booked 5 rooms ,I requested to put all of us in the same level and they knew it like 1 1/2 month. The answer was FULL BOOKED! Okey I understand it. The Receptions was not very polite. We are not satisfied with the cleaness at all. We founded the blade used with hair on it in the bathroom!!! The television was defect,the wi-fi connection was very low,the bed was uncomfortable. For this price we paid compare to the service we got was not ok at all

Review 27：Good sized family bedroom with two separate areas for sleeping. Good wifi signal in bedroom. Hotel had made a wonderful effort with their outside Christmas lights and the effect was magical.

Review 28：Superbly located, very close to Europapark and even free shuttle bus service arranged by the hotel ! Nice, clean and spaceous rooms with even 2 flat screens on family room (suitable for 4 persons). Also the food is very tasty. We can recommend this hotel to everybody !
