Review 1：Arrived late, in the dark--roads not well marked-even from our printed map from Google; and our GPS wasn't working...so it took awhile to find. Parking on street no problem luckily.
Review 2：Excellent facilities in a housing area not too far from old town (nice walk). Nice breakfast provided to the table. Nice room/bathroom facilities--clean!
Review 3：The bed could have been better. It was comfortable except for the crazy ritze between the mattresses which made it uncomfortable. The breakfast hours were short too. 8-09:30 for breakfast so if you want to sleep in, you'll miss Frühstück. The shower drain was also backed up causing the water to collect in the basin. Nicht Gut.

Review 10：Beds so squeaky they woke you in the night, no wifi on top floor (room 10). As there is no guest lounge or terrace, the only place for us to use wifi was in the entrance which has only two chairs. With only our room available to us, we felt a bit confined. Owner speaks no english - hard to engage with only our basic german.

Review 14：Call in advance specifying when you will arrive. We arrived and found nobody at home. Then had to spend a couple of hours around the city waiting for the owner to arrive and open the door. However, it was our fault, since it was specified in the booking page to call.
Review 15：It´s an old fashioned Gasthaus: i.e, not an hotel but a private house that rent rooms. Be prepared! Nonetheless, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, the breakfast good and the environment pleasant. Not far from the center.
Review 16：Hairs in the bathroom that didn't come from us. Otherwise it was spotless. The Wi-Fi was quite week and you lost it every now and then. Very few power plugs in the room!

The owners were verytrusting of guests.I thought the breakfast was disappointing, in terms of the rising standard of this meal across Western Europe and set against Germany's very high standard. The coffee was very good, but as for the rest it was only adequate and somewhat predictable. In a B & B, guest house or hotel, breakfast is a meal one should look forward to and want to get up for. Here, this wasn't the case.
Review 25：It's a good value for money stay; the room was impeccably clean withan excellent bed, just as you'd expect in a German guest house.It's very close to the town centre; the earlier reviewer who didn't like the walk into town must have a deep aversion to walking. It's a gentle 5 minute stroll into the superb Goslar centre. Well stocked, inexpensive refrigerated drinks cabinet in the hallway downstairs.

Review 53：The guest house is 5-10 min by walk from the Markt. After crossing Kaisertorstrasse, there are guiding signs to the guest house. My room (no. 7; single room with a shared bath room) was very clean and comfortable. The shared bath room was also clean. Breakfast (three kinds of bread, a boiled egg, several slices of ham and cheese, a small portion of tomato salad) was prepared for individual guests and brought by a staff. There were fruits (kiwi and apple) and yogurt for everyone. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions (a recommended local restaurant and so on). The value for money is extremely high.

Review 60：Wonderful location in a quiet residential neighbourhood, only 5-10 minutes from the Kaiserpfalz (on foot). Friendly host who can tailor to your needs (e.g. I arrived later than the specified check-in time). Very home-like atmosphere, not to mention the sumptuous breakfast. If you like nature and beautiful scenery: there's a hiking trail at the end of the street that takes you up the famed Rammelsberg, with a breathtaking view over the city. Great for an after-supper stroll or an early morning hike! I'd love to visit again just for that.
