Review 1：The internet didn't want to work, but we were only there for one night so couldn't sort it out. I'm sure the staff would have helped us.

Review 2：I really liked having a tea making facility in our room.

Review 3：We checked in on a Sunday and the Reception was unmanned after 2, after this there was literally no one to speak to about anything. No way to get a drink except a Coke or similar from a vending machine. But if a walk into town so that didn't help. There was no air conditioning and so we had to sleep with the windows open which, to be honest, made very little difference.

Review 5：No towels in the room, the code provided to me for late arrival was not working but the had orginized a taxi for my early depature- all in ann mark the medium bc room was nice and clean- just withfew errors

Review 6：Were a little puzzled at checking in. Luckily another couple showed up and showed us the number to call. Easy once we called the number, but at first we thought "uh oh, are we going to be able to get in?" great place though!

It is a wonderful hotel, the rooms are very nicely appointed, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are well prepared, good quality and plentiful. If we are ever In the Kevelaer area again we will certainly pay a return visit.

Review 35：automatic delivery of key, when I arrived codekey was in the wrong box, I had my cellphone out of power, I tried other codes and I got my key in another box. Safety of your key is pretty low then......

Review 41：We arrived early for an overnight stay to catch an early flight from Weeze. We were able to check in immediately. Staff very friendly and helpful. Organised a taxi for a very early pickup the following morning. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Review 44：This was the third time we stayed at this quiet hotel. We like the nice, modern and well equipped rooms, which are also suitable for wheelchair users. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. We found our keys always reliably deposited in a secured box when we arrived, as the reception is not occupied in the evening. There are some nice restaurants an approximately 15 minutes walk away from the hotel.
