Review 1：Breakfast too expensive so ate out instead. No tea making facilities in room.

Review 43：No air conditioning because the HVAC system was in heat-only mode. The room was uncomfortably hot. I was instructed to turn the AC control off by the front desk, and open the window! My room's windows open on to the main rail line to Frankfurt. The trains operate 24 hours a day. The trains are all noisy. The main-line high speed trains are also very loud. Bottom line is I didn't get much sleep at this hotel.

Review 44：The only thing we didn't like was all three chairs in the room were very uncomfortable. The beds are great and we had a good nights sleep...the chairs are bad.

Review 45：Although a business hotel my wife and I stayed here because it was close to her family. The staff is second to none, the food excellent. I have read complaints about the loud trains, I felt that the Maritim went through a great deal of work in making the room quiet.
