Review 1：Internet was not possible. WiFi was offered but not possible i had to call host many times,all usernames he gave was helpless because it switch automatically to pay internet system. The host said they were some rooms available (so mr.Franz,if is true what you say,why you gave me the room without connection???)

Review 3：Not so Good Location. Bad Clean, No Kitchien sett, Nosie in same Residence and very bad smelling.
Review 4：They try to overcome their comfort point. and try to solve heating with some just guide. Good pictures are in website.
Review 5：Very nice place for average price. The room has everything you may need: - 2 beds; - a small kitchen - a shower; There are a supermarket near by, so you can easily buy everything you need and cook it right in your number. Also it's located near the train station , so you are free to go at any direction for a small amount of time. The personal is nice and friendly. Also i asked for late check-in and administration met me at 22.00 and we make a check-in without problems.
Review 6：No signage to identify it. Felt unsafe in the area. A pile of broken glass and rubble outside main door. Filthy floor inside main door- not cleaned in the 2 days that we were there. Office doubled as a medi-cig business ?dubious. Would have expected better from Booking.com

Review 8：Arrivals arrangements not clear - address did not make clear that the keys are held in a nearby shop Too many smokers in the Building. The communal areas were very smokey.

Review 21：I asked for rooms on upper floor, got a room on the ground floor, facing waste bins.Very unpleasant.Tenants are very noisy, there was a night party in the yard-there was nobody to calm them down.One supermarket is very near- at 5 o'clock in the morning they started delivery -very noisy.
Review 22：Location very good-restaurants,supermarkets, metro-all near by.Rooms are clean ,new furniture,kitchen has necessary things.Manager Frank was very helpful.
Review 23：Restaurant over the street - "De Francesco" and supermarket in front of the building. In the same building is also a "backery" - you can get breakfast.

Review 25：The room is not big but it is very comfortable and cosy. Jakobinenstrasse U-bahn station is 3 minutes from the location. There is a good balcony. A big supermarket is just in front of the building. In the same building one can find a good restaurant. It is not so far from the city center as it seems to be. It takes 15 minutes by U-bahn to get to the central railway station.
Review 26：of the 8 days of accomodation in four elevator did not work; accomodationis in a bolck of flats so that the hall always persist a stench, not ventilation; cleanliness is commenced after our insistence; the personwho we could address not only speak German;accomodation price does not reflect the conditions offered.

Review 28：Thin, light curtains meant I was awake by 5 am. A fan would have been nice as it was a bit warm.
