Review 1：Recommend they keep the kitchen open for late arrivals. A family arrived at 930 pm with 3 young girls and customers were still eating dinner in restaurant but they were turned away. I felt bad for the little kids. Bed bug bites in room 23, but not because it wasn't clean. It was very clean but bugs are difficult to find sometimes.

Review 14：Close to Legoland, and very cheap. You get what you pay for, beds could have been a bit softer. But after a whole day in Legoland you will fall asleep no matter what :)
Review 15：Booking system offered a three-bed bedroom for 2 adults and two children with an option to request an extra bed, but in reality the room was for two persons and the third bed was the extra one, so there was no possibility to have a fourth bed. The price given at the time of booking was for the two beds, and there was extra charge for the third bed.

Review 22：Bad check-in experience, bad value for money compared with services provided, bad staff communication, room located at another building away from the main building, need to carry luggages up the stairs and through a long corridor until you get to your room
Review 23：First day of our arrival, late in the afternoon, noone had the slight kindness to show us not even help us find our rooms. The numbering of the rooms was very complicated. Late at the evening there was an awful and unbearable smell like a sewage. Thankfully, next morning the smell disappeared. The reception desk was closing at 20.00 o´clock and during the day, there were many times that noone was at the reception and we should ring a bell till someone come. During our stay, our rooms were never cleaned, except of making our beds. There were dirt on the walls and something like crashed insects. Last day even the payment machine broke down and we were looking why we couldn´t pay, losing time. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and this hotel, I personally would not recomend at all. I don´t understand why should i pay so much money for a hotel like this and i regret i didn´t booked another one, even little more expensive and not so centrally situated.
Review 24：Hotel Billund Kro had a center location, though far enough from Legoland Park.
Review 25：Booked a 3 bed room but one of the beds was a camp bed with a thin foam mattress. The room was not large enough for three beds as one of them was located under the table and if pulled out it was impossible to get to the bathroom
Review 26：The breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Perfect location for visit to legoland. We booked three nights but were not happy with the beds, the manager apologised and allowed us to cancel the last 2 nights.

Review 28：It is a familiar hotel , rooms are awful with separate beds but staff is very helpful even if with many limits,it is a a simple countryside hotel with no pretensions. We didn t find a place in legoland hotel and we have a good deal of adaptability so it was ok anyway but don t expect anything from this place.Simple breakfast is included in the way too high price
Review 29：They charge additional fee if you are paying with foreign creditcards(I.E. Non danish credit cards), it was 4.75% for amex and 3,5% forvisa. I found this odd since that is not mentioned or informedbeforehand when booking it.

Review 32：Reception was cool to say the least, not unfriendly but not overly friendly, couldn't be bothered to try and give you even the most basic info about the area. Yes there are stairs and many hallways you are left to figure out. The rooms are dated, well they were dated in the 70's they are just old and drab now. There was a comforter in a closet that had so many stains on it we thought is was used to finish furniture. The breakfast which came with the room was below even European standard. Coffee was undrinkable, lucky there was tea bags but the hot water jug was always empty. They did have boiled eggs, that was always empty, big bowl of sugar that was left out that the flies were having a field day with. You get what you pay for.
Review 33：Was reasonable priced for Denmark as everything is terribly expensive. The location down town was perfect and within easy walking or driving distance of Lego Land and the water park which is the only reason anyone would ever travel to Billund. The bedding was nice and fresh and the bathroom we had was clean and functional. Guess you can't ask for much more. There was a supermarket 30 meters away, a small down town area to roam and misc eateries all within 1 - 2 minutes walk away.
