Review 1：The wide surroundings of Billund do not offer anything special. The on-site (free!) shuttle service covers only a small part of the total chalet area, meaning that we had to walk 10 minutes to get to the nearest busstop

Review 2：Very comfortable chalet. Everything, including the automated registration/entry worked fine. The proximity of Legoland. The leisure&restaurant-center at Lalandia is very nice.

Review 3：Supermarket in the main complex was very expensive and food was not very fresh - with ones of our loaves of bread going mouldy before its SBD. The restuarants were also expensive and the staff would not give my four old year son a glass of tap water. Next time we will purchase our food from Billand Centret.

Review 4：Lovely detached chalet for our 3 night stay, very warm and cosy with a good selection of kitchen equipment. The aquadrome was very good and lots of fun. Conveniently located 20 minutes walk to Legoland.

Review 7：No internal transportation within the sort. It was early September. The weather was very bad, we were in one of the very very distant houses and with two small kids had to walk about 3 min in pouring rain to get to the visitors center, water park, restaurants. Both ways..:

Review 13：The price is a bit high! The staff is not so available and professional. At the inside supermarket they accepted euros whereas at the bowling they would not! We had all the local values available expect for a few cents that we would have paid in Euros but they were very strict and square minded! In general it was disappointing.

Review 15：No iron or ironing board provided. No English channels on TV. The Wi-Fi kept dropping at times which was annoying. The train service is not reliable and walking to the houses carrying things in the rain is not ideal. 10 o'clock check out was a bit early whilst 3 pm check in late. Otherwise excellent.

Review 17：The hotel doesn't provide free bed linen so all the guests have to pay extra money to rent some. in addition, the guests have to pay for the water, electricity and everything. so the price is really not cheap. in addition, although supermarket is there, there is really a long walking distance from our cottage to the supermarket, which is really a nightmare!

Review 18：The location is goos since there is only walking distance to Legoland. The hotel has its own Aquadome and supermarket.

Review 19：We have arrived in the middle of the night, but there were no bed linens in our house, so we all slept without them. Next morning we went to service area (1.6km) and they said, that linens are not included in the price and charged us total of >60 EUR additionally. And then gave me six of sets of linens, which I should took myself to my house, which is 1.6km from service desk. They provided no transport. Very very weak value for the money.

Review 21：they assume that you know the place, and there is no help at all. I had to go from my room to pick up the laundry. if you are without a car, it won't be easy.

Review 40：Let's see here: Water Park hours, 10-7, yet slides don't open until 10:30 and everyone kicked out of the water at 6:30. A bit of false advertising of the hours. Worst of all was being charged for electricity, heating, and water. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Nor was this shared with us when booked. Surprise - extra fees. Expensive place, must bring your own linens (or pay a crazy high fee), and be charged extra for utilities - great business model for making money.

Review 41：The armbands were good for access to all the facilities. Nice playground facilities for the kids. Lalandia water park was nice and the kids had a great time there.

Review 44：We found everything very expensive -- given how much we had to pay to stay, paying extra for everything -- bedding, electricity, water, etc -- seemed over the top, and then the restaurant prices were very expensive too. Also, after several days in hotels we really needed to do laundry, and while the cottage was equipped with washer and dryer, there were no English instructions and we did not know who we might call or ask for help. Probably used more (expensive) water and electricity than necessary just trying to get these appliances working! Also, since we had booked very far in advance and the resort was not full, I was surprised we did not get a cottage with WiFi, which would have been helpful.

Review 45：The location next to Legoland was great; we all loved the Aquadome; the cottage was clean and comfortable. The goats were the high point of the whole stay -- I think our teenagers had more fun playing with the baby goats than they did at Legoland!

Review 46：I thought price was very high. We decided to pay it to have an immediate access to the Legoland but if I was planning the trip again I would choose something further and cheaper. Also having to rent the linen and pay for an electricity and water ON THE TOP of the accommodation was excessive and astounding.

Review 47：It was very clean, and very well organised. We had no human interaction as we were given the access code over the internet and checked out using the system on TV. It meant no need for ques! Lalandia access was included in the accommodation.

Your nightly rate includes admittance to their outstanding water park, which for us was even more fun than legoland. Additionally, there is bowling, ice skating and a full gym.

Review 102：The apartments were very very far away from the main reception area. I was not aware and I think it's a bad choice for people traveling without their own car. I had to spend about 500 kr on taxi fare. Also getting from the reception to the apartment was a big task. I was given the last apartment (P680) and it was more than a kilometer walk from the main area. We were not even informed of whether there is a train service to three apartments or not. The least they could do was to arrange for the luggage to be delivered which we had to carry on our own on foot.

Review 115：The kids really enjoyed the Lalandia Centre activities - the bungee trampoline jumping, the play center and the water slide. We also thought the houses were very well done. (We were in a 6 person design plus model). Right across the street from Legoland.

Review 116：Beeing there for 6 days did cost us lots of money. This is too expensive,to pay over 8.500 Dkr for the house and then around 500 dkr for linin,towels,electricity,water, heat. That should have been included,f.eks.

Review 119：We had a "Design Plus 6" for 4 nights. The location is perfect to visit LEGOLAND and spend time in Lalandia waterpark. It is a little bit expensive but it is worth it. -Close to LEGOLAND and Lalandia that you don't need to use car. -Farm with goat which children can play with them. -Easy check in and check out

Review 121：House had ample space for our family of four. The kitchen was a great set up and very tidy. The pool and pay area was great. Close to Legoland! Having to think about utility consumption made our family very conscious of our energy usage.

Review 131：Good quality lodges near Legoland and the waterpark. It was at the edgeof Billund airport, but there aren't too many planes. The Lalandiacentre is very close to Legoland (50 Dkr to park) so you might prefer tobuy a 100 DKr ticket to park at the waterpark all year. It was a good 15minutes' brisk walk from our lodge to the Aquapark.

Review 134：Received more detailed info about my stay only in denisch so only when arrived late in the night I found out that bed linen are not included in the price. So I went to service centre late in the night with my small children (took about 30min) in order to get my bed linen - for additional cost of course :)

Review 137：It is very big . Our bungalow was a 15 minute walk from the main building and with no car this was not fun to haul our bags in a rainstorm . This includes the linens which you need to rent . It would have been worth calling a taxi . They really cater for car holidays , so if you don't have one ask to be located as close as possible .
