Review 1：There is no people to check in, and the way to get the room's keys was a real problem: I had to look for a public phone about 1 km away to call the staff and get an access code that releases the key from a machine at the hotel.
Review 2：The room was confortable and very clean
Review 3：When I arrived there was nobody at the "reception". Only a sheet of paper written in German with a number to call (not working). Then I found another box outside and, fortunately, there was a working telephone number. The owner answered and gave me the code to get the keys of my room. It would have been nicer to receive a message same days prior to my arrival explaining how to get the keys...

Review 5：The room was very spacious (likely it was the largest one of the hotel), twice an average hotel room, cozy and confortable. Our huge bathroom had a jacuzzi. The staff was very hospitable and helpful - though they don't have a reception, every morning there's somebody around to take care.
Review 6：Over the phone, very helpful, and it was a last minute booking because of problems with train schedules. Clearly gave info and email sent immediately. All went perfectly well.
Review 7：The owner of the place was very rude. I got the extra key from the cleaning lady that did not speak English. Later on the owner accused me of taking the key. Overall, the situation was very unpleasant and uncomfortable and the owner did not want to solve it, rather was concentrated on accusing me.
Review 8：Some information in English was missing. I needed help to get the key and enter into the pension because the lady was not there when I came, and left a note just in German, so I had to ask someone on the street to help me. And the room was too cold.

Review 14：Very noisy if you're not lucky to get one of the two rooms going to the back. Very basic - just a bed, wardrobe and table, no means to make tea. Breakfast in the Hotel next door was very disappointing - food had clearly been out for a while and was not replentished.
