Review 1：The rooms get quiet warm and since ours (number 11) was facing the street opening a window wasn't really a option, due to noise. Rooms and breakfast are really quiet basic, no minibar in the room, no warm or sweet dishes at the breakfast buffet. Not bad, just not special either.

Review 2：The free WiFi is of excellent quality! Overall the hotel (including staff and breakfast) is okay, nothing is really wrong but it also doesn't really stand out.

All in all an excellent value for money stay. There is an excellent café nearby and a couple of good restaurants in Irdning.

Review 7：When I arrived at the hotel around 8 pm there was only a key and a letter which were waiting for me, no staff. The letter was written in poor English, so I was only able to understand some part of the message. In addition, the room was quite cold (without heating) for this reason, this short stay was very unpleasent for me...

Review 8：I liked the location of the hotel and the sorroundings.

Review 9：When we arrived there was not a person at the hotel. We found a key and our name with it on the desk but instructions were written in German, which we do not understand. We waited for half an hour for someone to come. Eventually one of the guests arrived and was able to tell us that the hotel was closed for the day. Apparently, somewhere in the 'small print' in the Booking.com page for the hotel, there was a sentence about this. I, nor my wife saw this when we went over the conditions of the booking. For all who would consider the hotel, be warned to look carefully at the details. The hotel claimed to have a lift/elevator, but there was none in the area of the office and we had to carry our heavy baggage up several flights of stairs to our room. apparently, written in German, the instructions tell you that the lift is at the back entrance to the hotel!!!! Right where you would expect to find it!!!!!
