Review 1：No parking, roads to hotel in town centre single track. Not a proper hotel. No bar, no service after 9.30pm, lock up and left on your own? What's that all about? Absolutely ridiculous and rubbish hotel. Owner residents, children in block of attached properties playing drums until 10pm. No air conditioning and red hot. Be warned

Review 4：This hotel is attractive to look at well presented. It is very clean, lovely helpful staff on reception, big room with mini bar, nice shower en suite, excellent location. I will definately be going back in the summer. Would recommend this hotel to others and i was suprised to see that it was only rated 3 star. It was far better in every way than the so called four star hotel we stayed in at Dusseldorf.

Review 12：Perfect breakfast just for Euro 8. Very helpfull and kind personnel. Clean room with confortable beds. Reception does'nt work at night,however we got clear instruction by email how to get out room keys. Travellers arriving after 22.00 are advised to check mail before they arrive.

Review 13：This is strange hotel with large crosses on the wals.... In room was no posibility to close curtains or blinds - very uncomfortable. Big price for room. Arround airport is more cheap and comfortable hotel.

Review 21：Enough crucifixes that it was creepy. You had to go into the restaurant to get front desk service for the entire evening until the desk was unmanned. They put us in the absolutely farthest room when the place was almost totally unbooked

Review 26：Located in the heart of Kevelaer, ideal for shopping, walking, hotel clean, tidy rooms bright and airy with modern decor, we had a room for four and was very spacious, staff pleasent and helpful when you can find them, all in all though a very pleasent stay.

Review 31：I was with a child and there were no towels in the room and no one to ask the towel. Only one person was at the reception and in the restaurant, it seemed that only one person was taking care of the whole hotel. It was too quiet in the hotel like we were the only ones staying there. A bit difficult to find the hotel.

Review 33：Altough at the booking site(here) its written they have a Shuttle Bus to the airport, they don't (I have also read it at the folder of the Hotel). But they booked a taxi for me. The Desk attendant lady was very helpfull because I called them to send me a taxi...and even if they are not used to do this, she surprised me and sent a taxi to the train station. Thanks a lot!!! The Hotel is located in a Gallery with very nice stores. The restaurant serves delicious international food and the service is very quick and good!! I am sure I will stay there again and I do recommend the Hotel to my friends and to travellers.

Review 34：Everything it was terrible !!!! Maybe next time you could state on your website that on a Sunday in kevelaer, they ring the bells all day from 7 in the morning till 12 at night. And the fact that it's set in a pilgrim village where every person is rude , I.e. the staff, people in the hotel waiting room. I even tried getting another hotel I was that angry at the way I was treated but unfortunately that never worked as I got " shooed" out of the hotel !! All in all a terrible stay and I won't be staying there next year or ever again

Review 37：The hotel is based in a lovely galery and that makes is very special. It is right in de middle of the city of Kevelaer. Excellent for elderly people who have some difficulties with marching a lot. They arrive just in de middle of the center. Good parking places and very friendly staff.

Review 38：made a complaint about our two rooms to the manager and he told us it was fine and walked a way he was a very very rude man to be a manager of the hotel i have stayed there many times before but never had to complain but after his rudeness i will not be going back

Review 40：Our travel plan was bounded into a very strict timing. Train came into Kevelaer at 00:10 and four hours later we supposed to be back to the station to take shuttle bus into Weeze airport. Check-in at the hotel closes about 21:00, but staff was prepared for our visit. They told us the place where they leave keys for our room and charged my credit card for stay remotely. We found our "late-arrival" keys right in place. 4-people room was enourmously big for such a price! Very comfortable bed, very nice interior, finally shower cabin without any surprises (90% of hotels have such 'surprices')... I wish to spend more than 4 night hours in such a hotel!!!

As a business traveler for me this could be a reason to choose another hotel next time. Too bad, because the rest of the hotel is fine. The price is ok, however they charge you extra for parking (EUR 4) and breakfast (EUR 7)

Review 47：The only negative thing i have to say is they had no kettle in the room as i had a baby with me i needed to make up bottles so for this reason i would say they should provide the rooms with a kettle.

Review 48：we stayed in a family room it was clean and had lots of space. Check in was easy and parking was only four euro. There is a cafe on the bottom floor and the pool was warm. The town is right beside the hotel with lots of shops and nice places to eat. We also visited the churches. We booked this hotel as my family had an early flight and it was only a ten minute drive from the airport.
