Review 1：Billund doesn't have a lot to offer but to be honest when you look more closely neither does the hotel. There is a bar at the furthest point away from reception which doesn't open until 9.30pm anyway. There's basically nowhere to socialise and relax after work. Despite the beautiful décor, stylish interiors and lovely setting there's no soul to the place. I'm afraid being told there are comfortable seats next to reception isn't the answer. For a solo traveller it's probably the most boring place you'll ever stay

Review 5：My phone wat not working in the room and I regret that somebody at the reception did not come to my room to tell me that I received a phone call at night around 10 pm from my husband. I was informed only the day after at 11 am in the morning that I had a call!

Review 6：The hotel is very near the Legoland Parc and near the Aquadome! Very convient location and particularly very nice restaurant

Review 7：I paid a high premium price for a suite, and it was a huge disappointment. Mattress was poor, no working fireplace as advertised, spartan amenities, no room service available, towels frayed, only one key available for the room for our entire stay, cleaning staff did not replenish the basic toiletries until asked, and the front desk staff often seemed like guests were an unplanned inconvenience.

Review 8：Restaurant staff were very friendly and the restaurant food was delicious.

Review 9：The breakfast was oppostite to the dinner a bit negative. The service and attention from the waitresses was lacking and they were very slow to backfilling empty plates of food or the hot dishes ( Bacon, eggs etc )

Review 11：Just outside the window of my no-smokers room was the staff smoking area, so fresh air was scarce as I couldn't really leave the window open. Frequent gatherings with loud talking was very disturbing, and one night at 00:45 I finally open the window and told the staff to leave - which they were not about to by their own initiative. The building is extremely noisy - anybody walking past the room might as well have walked through the room - you hear every sound through the walls. If two people were walking by, talking, you could hear every word. The restaurant served stale food - the steak was nice enough, but the condiments were just terrible. The desert I ordered has a thick layer of stale on the surface (Panna cotta) which I scraped of before reaching the edible stuff underneath.

Review 12：The prices are very high, especially food and drinks, even for a hotel, but that is just my opinion.

Review 23：We arrived very late in the evening, however this wasn't a problem for the hotel stuff. Our room had a big and very nice balcony. Room was really calm, so we were sleeping with open windows.

Review 24：Tea/coffee facilities were poor. Minibar had red wine and 2 x mini gin that had been partially drunk. Advised staff and did not get charged but need to take care

Review 26：The suite was just a spacy room with very old furniture. No robes, old and small bath linens (were not replaced next day). The staff can't say "hello" or "good morning"! If you ask lime for your drink the staff brings it with fingers. Breakfast was more than poor! You will be taken like a person the stuff never see again. In Legoland the hotel knows that you don't have better place to stay and that's why they don't have to try better!

Review 29：Stayed in this hotel in June for 3 days with 2 small kids. Excellent combination of location/comfort/price for legoland. Large rooms(ours was a family room), beatiful garden, great breakfast, wide space for kids to run etc, free large parking area, 400m to legoland, silent, super wifi, cozy, affordable. dont need anyother accomodation in billund for legoland families.

Review 31：Me and my daughter spent 3 nights in Hotel Propelllen and had a great time. The purpose of this trip was to visit Legoland and go to the Aquadome in Lalandia and the location was perfect plus it was not expensive. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and cozy with a little porch in front of it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 44：I would have like a larger bed. The breakfast was really not matching the remainder of the experience. The breakfast room is far from sympathetic and not staffed early morning. At 6 in the morning a few tables had dirty dishes from the previous visitors. No nature yogurt, fruit that are either tasteless or mushy, 0.5% milk, limited choice of cereals, ... Ok but not great.

Review 53：Can't think of anything to do with Hotel. There is a bus stop just outside to take you to and from the airport but it is only hourly. We would have found it useful to know this as it wasn't volunteered and taxis not cheap for the short run to airport.

Review 54：The light clean family room had a good size sofa bed for the kids and the comfiest double bed I have ever slept in in a hotel. Buffet breakfasts were a treat and kept our family with very varied tastes well fed. Kids loved the table football and table tennis and a dip in the pool. Best of all is 5 minutes walk from Legoland (and swimming complex).

Review 55：The selection of the Buffet dinner. It´s the same variety of food so the2nd day when we had again the dinner buffet we were really dissapointedfor it was the same variety of food serve. Nothing new.
