Review 1：I'm in hotels a lot,but this is definitely one of the nicest I've ever been to.Great view,great room,great shower,felt at home immediately. Just a pity it doesn't have any sports equipment.

Review 2：The only thing a little weird was the all glass bathroom. At least the lower half was frosted so you had semi-privacy on the toilet.

Review 3：The view was awesome. The room had little trick things like lights that change colors, I guess for various moods, and electronic window shades. The staff was friendly and helpful, not as serious as you find in many parts of Germany.

The chef is very creative and the waiters are very dedicated and attentive.Since once I canceled my booking without a refund, the breakfast was free. Review 16：The door knobs was broken, and it was not possible to open it from inside the room. It happened on Saturday early morning when nobody was at the reception and I tried to catch the earliest train to Frankfurt. In the end, somebody came to open the door after I called the emergency phone 112.

Have to say that this hotel is truly a gem - the singlemost unique spot we stayed on our 18 night european trip!!! Located onthe 27th floor of Jena Tower with all the newest and latest technologyincorporated into the superb room & could easily be the mostromantic spot for a couple to stay, too! Hotel receptionist struggled tocommunicate with us in English as we did not speak German - However, shewent above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable and settled in!Location is awesome close to two malls, college, Zeiss Planetarium,& a street full of choices of restaurant or cafe for dining!!!
