Review 1：Breakfast is far too overpriced. You don't get the same level of personal accommodation in service at these mid range hotels as you would in a bigger hotel or smaller bnb.

Review 2：With a big brand you know what you are getting. Good location very close to the old town. Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a great point of difference.

Review 3：Very poor wireless coverage makes this hotel very unproductive for business travellers. Several people were calling my room (because i couldn't use internet-based communication) and they had problems with their phone and never answered the front desk.

Review 9：Room was fairly standard, nothing exceptional. It has 2 elevators but only one goes to the underground parking. If you are descending and the wrong one is called you'll need to change at reception level.

Review 11：The restaurant recommended to us by a member of staff caused my fiancee and daughter to get violently ill, most likely from the mushroom sauce. Corner restaurant on marketplatz, indoor/outdoor seating with traditional food, don't recall the name.

Review 13：This room is much more expensive than 4* hotel in Munich, Zurich, which have much more facilities. Only because of location (mountain divide city and only small part of city located near main highway to Vaduz, that's why hotels in this part of city setup high prices).

Unfortunately the pool was not available when we arrived: it was reserved for a group of guests (school/students), this was not communicated beforehand. At the time it supposed to be open again, they closed it down for two more hours because the group was not ready swimming. Very unprofessional.

Review 30：Check in guy was incompetent - gave me room that was already occupied. Then spent 10 mins telling me he couldnt give me a non smoking room with a double - despite having booked it. He then found one - I was given a room with a welcome pack for someone else in it! No idea where he went. Breakfast was good but expensive 16 euros each day. Smoking is allowed in the lobby bar. Not pleasant.

There really should be another entrance to the pool/sauna area. Really wished there was self service coffee/tea in the rooms.
