Review 5：Staff was very impolite. When we arrived we had Problems with the TV and only After asking several Times they offerred us to change the room but no help with luggage or anything which was sad because im pregnant and we had quite many Things to Carry. On the First Night we had Dinner at the Seaside and waited 1 whole Hour for our Food until we got it without any appology. Also we didnt know that our appartment was located outside the mainhouse so every Day we used the SPA we had to Walk fully clothed to the mainhouse. When we Asked to See other Rooms in the mainhouse we were told Rudely that its Not possible though we Just wanted to Take a Short look. The Last Point was that we were Supposed to use a Different Restaurant for breakfast After two days but Nobody told us. We talked about all the issues with the Front Office Manager and the Hotel Manager but Nothing happened. Not even an appology. Apart from all that we had a good stay and could relax as well but the staff was really a complete disappointment.
