Review 1：The reception staff. Too young and one young man in particular had a bad attitude. Suggest a course in customer service.

Review 7：Very good location in the middle of the village, just at the foot of the castle. Staff very friendly, rooms very spacy and clean. Price/quality ratio more than excellent.
