Review 1：We expect hotels in heavily touristed towns, if they have T.V. to have at least one English language news channel….or French. They didn't even have a German news channel nor ARTE which is a basic German cultural channel. Also, as an older couple, we were not comfortable with having to climb stairs within the room to get to the bed and bathroom, and it was a long flight!!! Lots of stairs.

Review 3：I had nothing bad happen, but two things occur to me, which would have made good into perfect. One, have more variety in the breakfast, everyday the same was frankly starting to wear thin and there was no fruit in sight. Secondly, I loved the coffee machine but what about tea drinkers? I know it was a trendy perk but there are those of us who long for a drink of tea, even herbal would have done!

Review 5：Wonderful location right on Goslar Markt Platz. Comfortable beds. Get the breakfast delivered to your door, it's outstanding! Plenty of restaurants and cafes -- and excellent shopping -- nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Made our visit to the Harz very enjoyable!
Review 6：A minor gripe but we are not fans of joined beds with seperate duvets but this seems common in German hotels.
Review 7：The staff were really welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay, even providing breakfast at 6:00am on day of departure. Breakfast in our room each morning was excellent and we had 2 very good meals in the restaurant.

Review 9：Hardly worth mentioning, but the wi-fi connection in our room (no 2) was not very good. We had to go into the hallway to get a steady reception.
Review 10：Perfect location and very comfortable and nicely decorated rooms with lots of space for the whole family. The Nespresso coffee machine gave it that little bit extra, and ordering the breakfast, which is served in the room, was absolutely worth the extra money. Will certainly return.

Review 28：Parking is not free as described on booking.com website for the hotel - either on the street (parking fee from 10-18 every day - 1 Euro per hour) or at the privat parking at the hotel (8 euros per day). At saturdays it is impossible to find parking in the streets.
