Review 1：Poor WiFi connection with complex and lengthy registration process. Noise from the allyway between the buildings;smoke detectors beeping off and on all night (might be a isolated incident)

Review 3：little cool and quirky place, despite the hot weather 30C so it was nice and cool in the rooms, this is apparently an old factory, neat and clean in the room. good parking and it took about 30 min walk to the center of Goslar

Review 4：Common areas (corridors etc.) were a little shabby, but tolerable. Due to the layout of the facilities the walk between your bed and your breakfast may involve being in the rain.

Review 7：First impression was of quirky old buildings locatedin the forest, but looks are deceptive. Very clean newly decorated room/shower. Comfortable beds. Friendliness of staff. Great continental breakfast. Buffet dinner in evening was hot & tasty (extra cost). Friendliness of other guests - mainly bikers.

Review 8：We were surrounded by bikers (motor versions) 50 or more. They were well behaved but parked their bikes all over the place!!

Review 55：How much of a hassle the getting on the WIFI is. Just give out codes to the room, instead of filling out a sheet worth of information during registration. Or at least delete username after some time, so it is possible to find a username not used yet. Putting signs on the doors, to show what room numbers hide in the hallway behind them.

Review 65：We were given a smoky room which didn't look much like the photos on the website and at first were told if we chose not to take it and went somewhere else we would still have to pay 80 per cent of the price for three days! But the lady at reception quickly relented and gave us a another, more modern, smoke-free room. The food and the atmosphere are more like a decent youth hostel - I wouldn't mind, but it's not quite enough for hotel prices.

Review 80：I ordered an extra bed for doughter of 8 years together with the reservation. One day before arrival I checked the reservation by phone, it was confirmed. After arrival we get the room with 3 beds only a day later. It's true, that the third bed wasn't invoiced for the all 3 days of the staying in the hotel.

Review 81：It is a very good idee, to make a hotel from buildings used earlier as mining building. It is renovated and shows a good combination of old look and materials with the hygienic new ones. Goslar is a beautiful hystorical town and the hotel is cca. 800 - 1000 m from Kaisers-Pfalz at foot. Better to go at foot and not by car, you can save the difficuelties at parking. Breakfast is excellent, price-value relation is excellent. Rooms are well furnished and beds are comfortable. I returned already second times.
