Review 1：The corrupt security guards put us in the wrong apt, something we only figured out late at night. This apt was dirty, leaking airco etc; really bad. Once the manager/owner found out though he placed us in the correct one and took us out the day after as an apology. So: the apt is really nice; if you find something else most likely you are in the wrong one!

Review 3：The residence was chosen by me for waiting my cruise boat from La Romana port. Surprisingly I got a pleasure from staying there. Nice and quiet place, beautiful Mediterranean design of the territory and buildings, friendly staff, sand beach is situated a short way off the residence. Good and spacious rooms. Kitchen is needed only to complete electric kettle. My room hadn’t TV - it was additional joy for me. But if you may not live without the box – ask management before arriving. After booking The Residence asks deposit as guaranty staying so previously specify via e-mail or phone best ways for that. It helps you to avoid additional expenses. I had one light problem with the deposit but the management quickly resolved it.
Review 4：1) short on facilities: no TV, no wifi, no blender in the kitchen (to enjoy tropical fruits smoothies) , unreliable hot water in the shower - 2) we were told that cleaning staff were coming each other day, but they didn't: we had to reach them ourselves they 3rd day of our stay (they told us they don't have apartment keys) - 3) the nearby beaches are all private, and the public beach is narrow, and quite dirty (there's trash and stinky water on the way)

Review 6：The owner could have sent me an email explaining how to get into because I was a little lost when arrived, there is no reception. It was a little tricky to find because there is no numbering on the streets, GPS coordinate on booking.com leaves you to other street about 100 meters away. but is on Av Fuller ! They Do not accept credit cards, but I did deposit by paypal.
Review 7：It is a condominium, where apartments are rented. The apartment we stayed was simple, but with full kitchen, air conditioning, two bedrooms (one with sofa bed) and one with confortable double bed. view to the pool, free parking inside. Everything is very well maintained and clean, and the pool is great and good friendly neighbors. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. There are two public beaches giving to visit, of Dominicus and Bayahibe, I preferred the second because the sea was calmer for children. The apartment I got was on the second floor, which can be tricky for people with mobility problems as there are no elevators.

Review 9：New, modern and clean appartments with large terrace and big swiming pool. Only 7 minutes walking to the beach and 5 minutes to the supermarkets and restaurants.Very nice relaxed place.
