Review 1：Extremely unhelpful and sometimes quite rude staff. Terrible wifi. Overcrowded swimming pool area. a mixup with the spa and massages. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.

Review 5：The pillows were very hard. Extractor in the bathroom very noisy. Aircon wasn't working and we had to ask the front desk several times to send someone to fix it. The surrounding area not particularly nice. Breakfast food selection pretty basic.

Review 7：My first contact was with a guy named Mario, he did not make us feel welcomed and all his answers were one word answers, he did not offer any help and made me feel like I don't belong in Argentine being from Chile. He made the rest of our experience unpleasant because of our first contact. He was the first Argentinian we met and I will never recommend your hotel to anyone ever. Your staff does not make us feel welcomed, instead like we are intruding in your country. Mario ruined our first trip ever to Argentina, we will never return to your hotel.

Review 8：Nothing except the housekeeping lady,

Review 9：Most of the rooms are connected with each other with a door... This means that anything happening in the room next to you can easily be heard... Not exactly what you want on your holiday... We asked to be changed to an executive room because these were the only ones who did not have this problem... I would not say that it´s the best hotel for value of money... The executive room had a dirty carpet, a clogged toilet which was not fixed even after we reported the problem, and mold in the bathroom...

Review 14：The pool, the breakfast, the service. It was not worth 4 stars, at least not if you compare to European standards. The carpet was dirty. You have to pay extra for eggs at the breakfast. There is only toast, some fruit, cereal, cheese, ham and croissants. Not a really good experience.

Review 15：Really big beds (if you take 2 separate). The sauna was nice. The fitness was ok, however if three people go at the same time it's already to many.

Review 17：We travelled with our 20 -year-old daughter. We had a suite which was very nice so she essentially has her own bedroom. Also I like to put travertine in the bathroom.

Review 18：Service for food and in general was very slow. We waited for 2 hours or more whenever we ordered food. Very annoying and, for a 4 star hotel, good service is the very least you expect. In that respect it was a big waste of money.

Review 22：I work as an assistant housekeeper on board Seabourn Cruise line so cleanliness and details catch my eye very quickly. We stayed in room 110 and it was not kept up at a standard I expected especially after dealing with such a well trained reception. The set up and cleanliness from the stewardess needs some attention. There was no room service menu in the room when we arrived. The pen in the room was just a plastic shell, there was no refill of ink inside. There was no plug by the bath so I could only take a shower, I had to find the stewardess and ask for a plug so I can take a bath. There was also only one towel set up in the bathroom which means the other was forgotten. In the kitchenette there was only one glass for both of us to use so I'm guessing the other was not replaced. As for cleanliness, the bathroom needs attention. The floor was sticky and the toilet lid was green at the bottom and that looks like a build up of chemicals that has not been cleaned for a while. There was also hair in the bath which had not been cleaned after previous guests. I believe the stewardess should report any maintenance issues that need attention, needless to say that my partner had to fix the toilet flush himself. The light above the mirror in the bathroom did not work. I also believe that there should be a plastic liner in the bathroom garbage bin to make the removal of trash more hygienic. Having to pay for parking is not very welcoming and the wifi keeps cutting off. It would be nice if the whirlpool by the swimming pool was working. I am sorry if I sound negative, it is just my job to see these defects so when I stay at a hotel I cannot help but notice them. We did enjoy our stay at the Mod though.

Review 23：Reception staff were excellent and were so helpful with every question we had especially since I speak english. They helped with directions and maps. The waiters in the restaurant were also very polite and courteous. The pillows and the bed are so comfortable. I like the fact that there is a mimosa option for breakfast.

Review 29：I loved everything about this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive and you can walk to all of the shopping. The rooms are very pretty, central a/c and heat, modern, great views. The restaurant has great food and the service is exceptional. One waiter named Mario really surprised us. He spoke English perfectly and gave great service, which is NOT typical in Argentina.

We got two rooms, one was a family suite with two bedrooms,both super spacious, and a second room for our couple with tow double beds (they didn´t have one with a king size bed at the moment). Breakfast was fair. We had one turn at the jacuzzi room, which was a very private, one hour session, with sauna and showers for one party at a time. The water was changed after every use.Overall super recommendable, a hotel that meets international standards-

A lots of the hotels advertise free wifi in the rooms however it always is very weak and they always seem to have an excuse. What they really need are perhaps stronger routers. We were told not to walk around outside at night which tells me the area is unsafe.

Review 56：It was a little expensive for the value. Also, the pool area was tiny and misleading from the pictures but not a deal breaker. The bathroom was a little wornout and not as clean as I would have hoped.

Review 67：The ambiance of the hotel was perfect, the entrance, the pool, the spa etc. also the room was nice but the only thing were the walls, seems like the paper was falling down from the walls, either way it was ugly and not nice, while the rest seems perfect, the bathroom was reeeeaaaally nice with a good shower ( I always think it is important) the staff was friendly and helpfull. Think twice if you order a triple room, you just get a mattress on a couch.... Not really a 4 star hotel? If not I think it's really worth it!

The beds and room were comfortable. The room was nice and large. It's a nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay and it was reasonably priced. It's not a 5 star hotel as advertised on booking.com, we suggest closer to 4. Reasonably good gym on site.

It is located only few minutes drive from the bus station and maybe 10 from the main town square.
