Review 3：Absolutely terrible and miserable, don't even think about it. Badarea (after 18.00 you have to be locked in your room), not even onephone in the room, the room was on the ground floor without any safety.It only had a glass door and was right next to the pool!! Anyone couldenter, no safety at all...
Review 4：This is not a fancy hotel. The shower area is old and it is not modern in any way. But come on!!! It was very clean and pleasant and the price was awesome!
Review 5：It was very peaceful. The pool area was attractive. A nice restaurant was on site and the bar will make breakfast beginning at 7:00. Close to the beach and area shops. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Review 6：I didn't like the owners of the restaurant at the hotel. I ate dinner one night, & the owners talked to all the quests & asked them how was their meal was, but they never came to my table to talk to me. I felt a tinge of racism. I will not return there!
Review 7：The Dominican staff, and manager Emilio were fantastic. The room that I had was much larger than I expected. It had a balcony over looking the pool, 2 rooms with beds. The master bedroom was large. And it also had a small kitchen area.

Review 11：My stay was very pleasant. It is a very small hotel with no all-inclusive benefits, but that is what I wanted. The hotel reception greeted my taxi and addressed me by first name. All of the facilities staff were very nice and respectful. Every day we had a clean room and fresh towels. I was happy with our stay and would recommend it for future stays. Understand that it doesn't have a lot of amenities, but I loved that about the hotel.

Review 22：If you are not all-inclusive-huge-resort type of person, this is perfect choice. We've stayed for 9 days - nice spacious apartment, very clean and comfortable. Hotel service very friendly, even though their english could be better. Just next to the hotel is the best restaurant in town, grocery store is 3 minutes walk. Beach is 10 minutes walk. Small recommendation - do not stay at the first beach, rather have a short walk (maybe another 10 minutes) through the beaches that belongs to the all inclusive resort - just after those there is a beach almost completely empty with palms and nice shade (there is a new resort planned but not built yet).
Review 23：Don't expect an American deluxe vacation, but rather a Dominican vacation. The facilities were small, but not crowded. We found our weekend there to be very relaxing. No shampoo was provided in the room, but when I asked the lady who was cleaning our room, she provided we with a bottle that someone had left there. A knowledge of some Spanish would be helpful.

Review 26：1) Tv- poor reception- almost imposible to watch (tv looks smaler than my I pad).2) "Kitchen"- there is a sink and fridge, but no stove. 3) No breakfast- I have found other hotel which offers brekfast at the same price level.

Review 30：It wasn't easy to find, I spent 1.5Hours trying to locate the place. it,s a small place and the locals new very little to nothing about it's location. When advertizing they should mention that it's right beside the Viva. Poor signage from the man road.
