Review 1：One evening there were screaming and loud youngsters till late at night and nobody cared about this.

Review 4：The locaion of the hotel ( near to the Bodensee ) is excellent. Andit is a very quiet environment. Excellent cuisine ( breakfast is just excellent !!! ) and clean rooms !!!

Review 5：WiFi signal was weak, but I've stayed in a number of nice hotels that had very weak WiFi. We wanted to visit the thermal baths, but the night we were there the baths were closed for a private event. If the baths would have been open that would have been a huge plus.

Review 7：1. The attitude of one of the senior staff: at reception, we obtained instructions to log in wifi from a senior-looking staff of Seehotel OFF (who we were advised could be the hotel hostess herself). Upon reaching our room, we tried to use the wifi with our iphones and ipads, however the wifi did not appear on our devices. At other locations within the hotel, the wifi signal appeared, however connecting with it did not prompt the subsequent security-required username and password as advised by this staff. When we came back to the reception to advise that the wifi was not working, we were replied by this senior staff "Sorry, it should work" and upon my enquiry if the login information provided was in anyway incorrect, the answer was short and sharp: "You are wrong". This person offered no help or solution and just walked away. We felt that it was very rude of her. We might not understand Seehotel OFF's wifi functioning but we generally understand the working of wifi in general, due to our work and the fact that we have to work a lot from hotels.2. The wifi quality - this is annoying but not as bad as the staff attitude mentioned above. I finally found out that the wifi signal would not appear when our devices were put far from our room door (we had a room at the back of the hotel), but if we brought the laptop or ipad to near the room door or out to the staircase, it worked (very slow, but worked). The last time I had to go to hotel staircase to get wifi was in Myanmar 2 years ago.3. The room we had: we were given a loft room - its floor was roughly 20 sq.m. as advertised, but as it's a loft room, one third of the room was actually sacrificed (plus the ceiling is low), so it was a tight room. We don't think it was worth its price, given the attitude we received.

Review 8：The hotel possesses a good location - facing lake Constance. In a beautiful day, the view from outdoor dining area is gorgeous. Breakfast is very good, and a couple of reception staffs were efficient.
