Review 1：I found the staff very unfriendly and on a couple of occasions I was left waiting whilst they served the locals. there was a wein fest on and music went on until 3.30am which we were not told about so had hardly any sleep

Review 5：Excellence is not a word to be taken lightly. For most, it is a goal, the standard set and which can only be maintained by a determination to keep moving upward. This hotel addresses all these objectives in a truly professional way. Warm welcome, outstanding room with balcony overlooking the Mosel River, twin beds with lights duvets, large digital television and bathroom with every mod con including double shower heads. Breakfast plentiful and of the highest quality. Highly recommended.

Review 7：Superb location looking straight on to the Mosel river. Outstanding rooms. Beautifully prepared buffet breakfast including hot dishes - scrambled egg, sausage and bacon. Crispy rolls, huge selection of breads, jams, yoghurt, ham, salami, fresh fruit. Best shower I have ever experienced in large bathroom. Cleanliness and friendliness of staff to be commended. One of the finest and most welcoming hotels in which I have ever stayed.

Review 10：We were on the top floor. Balcony views of Mosel and surrounding valley were fabulous. Has elevator. Free parking down the street. Very clean and comfortable room.

Review 13：I spent my 65th birthday at the hotel. I was really treated very well with champagne and a card on my breakfast table with loads of best wishes. We were lucky enough to stay in one of the suites which was excellent. A wonderful hotel and we highly recommend it.
