Review 1：The town is quite quiet and we would have liked English TV in the room. The restaurant is quite expensive.

Review 20：No tea/coffee facilities in room. Very poor choice of soap and no other toiletries. Reception desk not always manned. Construction going on in hotel for the 3 days we were there (new elevator being installed!) We understand that the work needed to be done but we were not made aware of this when making our booking - and our room was right next to the construction area! The work started very early and it meant that we could not relax in our room at any stage during the day.

Review 23：Lake Constanza view from the room was so beautiful and you can only hear the sounds of the birds in the hotel.. Food was also very nice in the restaurant. I suggest their local fish which is catched daily from the lake. :) Staff is also very friendly.

Review 25：Clean sheets and soft comfy bedding. Lots of hot water. Super clean. Great location, If you get a room with a view of the lake it is fantastic. The restaurant is amazing, really some of the best food I've ever had! The staff is so nice and helpful, they get to know you and remember what you like and try to make you happy in every way.
