Review 1：Bed linen could have been better, it was perfectly clean but a little worn

Review 2：Made to feel welcome, breakfast was spot on and facilities more than sufficient. Location great as in a quiet area but a stone throw from the town centre and from local shops.

Review 3：We choose this hotel by three reasons. The first; we wanted to spend anight in Germany on our way from Netherlands and Bad Bentheim is locateda short distance from the border. The second: we wanted to see the Burgof Bad Bentheim. And the hotel is located in 10 minutes walk from it.The third: we travelled with out two German shepherds and pets areallowed in this pension-house. Everything was fine and we were glad tostay there for a night.

Review 6：The reception desk didn't open until 3pm and, having arrived on motorcycles around 2pm, we had to wait in the car-park until the proprietor appeared at the appointed hour. A small point perhaps, but it was a hot day!

Review 10：We can not at all find anything negative about this place, where we were five days. Super nice clean room with a magnificent view. A breakfast buffe where there was a large selection of everything. with hosts was friendly and came with excursion tips. It is a place where we like to come again and we would recommend it to others. Lovely little town.

Review 16：Fabulous hotel - recommended. This is a great hotel in a lovely quite location. Parking is free and is on-site right outside the hotel front. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and speak very good English. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the rear garden. The room had everything you would expect and the shower was excellent. There is complimentary tea/ coffee and biscuits provided in a lounge area downstairs. You just help yourself. There is also an 'honesty' bar, which we thought was a fabulous idea. You simply help yourself to beer (several varieties), wine, snacks - and then on checkout let the owners know what you have had..... Brilliant idea. There is a large rear garden with a selection of tables, chairs and loungers available so you can enjoy a beverage in the garden. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection and plenty of it. The breakfast room is very large and overlooks the garden through large windows - a really well thought out and designed setting. Bad Bentheim is a lovely small town with a great castle at its centre. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre (about 5 mins) where you will find all of the usual shops including a good selection of bars and restaurants. Great place we will definitely return.

Review 38：'pension altes wasserwerk' is a very friendly place. situated in a silent neighbourhood next to downtown, we enjoyed the friendly and personal welcome of the owner. our room 11 was complete, very clean, spacious and well equiped. we enjoyed the beautiful view of the bad bentheim castle. wifi was powerfull. shower was hot and great. beds are perfect. the pension is well situated just a 5 minute walk uphill from the cozy but small downtown and the castle. breakfast was complete and fresh, a great choice of meat, cheese, various fresh buns, vegetables, fruit, cereales and a boiled egg.

The room (apartment) was large and had everything we needed. The location is nice, quite close to the center and with a view on the castle. Breakfast was great.
