Review 1：No security metal bars in the bathroom to slips. It's a problem inmany places in Spain and Portugal.

Review 3：The rooms were in an adjacent block to the Hotel Verde - not very welcoming. The room was hard to find. Staff not very friendly. Smell of cooking in the whole block of apartments from the restaurants below. Someone smoking in or near the rooms. Woken by lots of banging of doors and a lady singing each morning at the top of her voice?!!! No kettle or tea making facilities. Wifi kept dropping out. Not the best I've ever stayed in.

Review 4：The room, once found was clean and tidy and newly refurbished. Fresh towels and the room cleaned daily.

Review 5：A colder welcome then we could ever imagine. Although our Spanish is terrible and the man at the reception didn't speak English, he was allover very very rude. I gave him a smile but we never got a smile back. The only thing he did was holding the payment machine in front of us. I felt very claustrofobic in the ' shelter' like we called it. No way you survive when there is a fire. No emergency exit then a window, which lead you to nothing. Beds were terrible. We are a couple (33 years old) and asked for a double bed, but didn't get it. Beds are very old: back ache. Smoking allowed, so a tobacco smell and.. burning spots in the bedlinen. The shower/toilet was the only nice part of this hostel.
