Review 12：Staff was only slightly friendly. The hotel's design and distribution is extremely strange, e.g. it does not have a main door that leads to the reception desk. One has to enter the hotel thru the restaurant, imagine doing so during a busy lunch with a couple of bags, or have to enter thru the back door having to carry your bags up the stairs. If you have in mind the photos posted in booking.com you will certainly be dissapointed once you arrive to this hotel. We wanted to leave the next day but fortunately the hotel sort of grows on you or maybe the sorroundings are so great that make you forget what is awaiting you once you get back to it. We will definitely go back to lovely Heringsdorf but will stay elsewhere.

Review 13：Superb location, right on the strand and only a few meters from the beach. Location can not be better. Hotel's restaurant is also very good.
