Review 1：Room / bedlinnen temperature was quite warm even though outside is was just 15 degrees Celcius, which affected our sleeping comfort somewhat. No airconditioning in room. We could not pay with credit card.

Review 2：Very good breakfast and half board dinner. Wines are at reasonable prices. From our comfort room we had a great view. Very nice wellness area, which was very quiet when we used it.

Review 9：On the basis that I doubt if many hotels - 5-star or otherwise - inEngland, provide German language menus and information I suppose Ishouldn't complain that there was nothing available in any languageother than German. However, by a combination of various sounds and thewaving of arms and hands we were always able to make ourselfsunderstood!

Review 10：This hotel was recommended to us by friends, and the positiverecommendation was fully justified. We only stayed for a short period -4 nights - but have every intention of returning in the near future. Thepersonnel were friendly and efficient without ever forcing themselves ortheir services on you - exactly the way I like to be treated. We onlymade use of a limited number of the facilities, but again I wasimpressed by what was available, and will try to make time for them onour next visit.
