Review 1：The card contact for the lights in the room was dodgy. Some lights sometimes played tricks and did no0t work. The beds were on the verge of being too hard. The bar was not always attended, even during the evening.

Review 3：Very slow internet. Could not work. Not enough international TV channels. On the border to Denmark but non Danish channels? As a globe trotter I felt that the hotel was too expensive for what it got to offer.

Review 5：Beds are much to firm! Some of the staff at reception could not communicate in English! I have booked "Double room with lake view with balcony" but was given a "Double room with french balcony with partly lake/partly harbour view" and they was not interested to make up or compensate me with lower price. Also, the price at check out was not according to my booking and there was no willingness to change! My booking.com room price=€109,54/night but I had to pay €128,20/night!
