Review 1：The staff were not very friendly. Infant they were rude. The breakfast was poor. Would not stay here again

Review 3：There is too much unpleasant music in the restaurant, but this seems to be a disease in almost all hotels nowadays. We would love hotels to switch the music off completely

Review 5：We were initially given a dark room on the ground floor on the side ofthe hotel near the railway line. Following our complaint we were movedto a good room on the first floor on the opposite side of the hotel overlooking the woods. It's unfortunate that we weren't offered this room tostart with since first impressions count. Otherwise our stay was good.
