Review 1：We felt quite isolated even though we had a contact number to call if we needed help. It is important to hire a car for this location.

Review 3：Note that a car is essential.Edificio is on very busy road with minimal pavements so not safe to walk anywhere especially after dark.Designated garage space was a tight squeeze and a pain for manouvering.

Review 7：Accident in shower over bath in main en suite. Not suitable for older people as slippy and no handrail. Impacted negatively on holiday. Being older and having no car hire Supermarket and restaurants too far away.

Review 13：On arrival we were met by Juan who couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a hire car and were given a space in the secure underground car park, free of charge. Apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The kitchen has quality appliances. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with doors onto lovely large terrace with an amazing view out to sea. The main bedroom, which also opens onto the terrace, is large, has plenty of wardrobe space and the double bed is very comfortable. It was very quiet at night and we both slept extremely well. The free wi-fi was excellent. The heating was great with radiators in every room. The weather was lovely, but at this time of year you do need heating first thing in the morning and in the evening. I was pleased to find a hairdryer in the bathroom as I forgot to take mine. There were lovely little extras too, such as toiletries in both bathrooms and a gift-wrapped vase of flowers on the coffee table. We will definitely stay there again.

Review 15：Great apartment with HUGE balcony which was very safe for our 1 year old daughter. Wonderful sea views, overlooking a pebble beach. Modern block of apartments approximately 10 minutes walk into Altea. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities, very comfortable furnishings and free wifi.

Review 26：The location was perfect.Stunning views and a very largeterrace.Apartment held a very good standard.Beds comfy although I wouldpoint out the pillows in the smaller bedroom were a little hard.Kitchenwell equipped the only thing we mised was a whisk for makingomelettes.(We like our omelettes!)That's only a minor thing.All inall the kitchen certainly didn't let us down.The outside pool wasbrilliant being around 25 metres so great for doing lengths and beingimmediately next to the beach was perfect.We couldn't get enough ofthe views.The staff were all very friendly and helpful.We would warmlyreccomend apartamentos calpestabili to everyone.Lastly we have tomention Altea itself.In our view it's the pearl of the Costa Blanca:-) We will definitely be back.
Review 27：The house is modern, but all sewery (washing machines, toilets, bathrooms) are really loud at night. But if you sleep well after a wonderful rest during the day, it is not a big problem.
Review 28：Greeting excellent, location - on the beach, with outside and inside swimming pools - sauna! - for any kind of weather! Terrace excellent - for sunbathing or dinner. If you need anything, you have a host mobile and hosts are really really attentive and very kind. The territory is closed and safe. Apartment can be heated, so any time of the year is perfect for the stay.
Review 29：The only English TV channel (out of 1000!) was BBC World News. A couple of US channels in English but these were just news channels too.

The apartment is fully stocked with cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker etc.. you name it, you got it! We had to ring on arrival to be let in (it was late Saturday afternoon), but the owner met us immediately with his English translator and showed us around. The apartment has use of both an indoor and outdoor pool which we had to ourselves as it was off-peak season. The seafront promenade is a short 10 minute walk, or you can get to the main town along a well lit path in 20 minutes. There is a secure garage and the whole complex is very modern and secure. We will definitely be going back first chance we get. 10 out of 10!!
