Review 1：Managment very poor, employees work scared to loose their jobs ,stealing a common practice, the price is way to high for what you get.IUnderstand it is an all inclusive hotel , but they really make you feellike you are just a number. Internet very poor and you have to pay forit if you want it in your room. No doctor available at the property, ifyou have an emergency they recommed to take a taxi to the village, theydont care if it is your anniversary, still will give you a room with 2beds. Their usual answer is : if you requested it doesnt mean we aregoing to please you.

Review 3：It was a pleasure after 10years back at VWDP&B really great and we got the romantic room since we were on honeymoon. So really great everything, room,service and food! Gracias

Review 4：At certain times there were to many people in the bars to be served by only few bartenders so the service was slow. The same was true in some a la carte restaurants. They need to put more people to help because they work really hard but are not enough

Review 8：The service, I reserved a king size bed with oceanview superior room and received a double bed room, I was told by the staff Viva is a family oriented resort and does not have enough king size bed superior room. I was awake by the staff early in the morning that ignore the do not disturb sign to deliver a coffee maker, the mini refrigerator has not supply and did not have a coffee maker. Staff was rude and not good customer service. At the Yuca restaurant I ask the cook to make me an omellet I choose the ingridients but at he never asked how I wanted, when I complain he told me we do at this style and never ask if you wanted otherwise. I asked him to make my way because if he asked me my choice it should be my way not Viva way. I would not return to this resort again. Staff need to be train in how to treat guest and need a hopistality training immideatly.
