Review 2：Everything was amazing...The best service in cleaning, delicious food, comfortable rooms, white sand, crystal clear see, a lot of funs and relax zones, 4 swimming pools :-) I love Viva

Review 3：The LA Rocca restaurant wasn't as good as I wanted. Also our room door wasn't fit right so it slammed very loud everytime we closed it. Other than that, we were in paradise.... OK the drinks don't really have any booze in them. But so what. Had a fantastic time.

Review 4：To be honest, I don't know what the complaints are about. It was absolutely gorgeous. Buffet was great, Italian restaurant was really good. Service was awesome. Things were better than expected for me and the lady.

Review 5：We disliked everything. This place is dirty and the staff is extremely rude. They don't seem to care about guests. Are not willing to help. Starting with the people at check in all the way to the last person at check out. Just plain nasty people. Stay away from this place. Not worth a penny. Food is horrible. The a la carte restaurants are a JOKE..not sure where they found the kitchen staff but they seriously need to learn about taste and food presentation. This place is simply disgusting!!!

Review 7：Have to pay 25 $ for WiFi and other 2 $ per day for safe box , shops in the hotel to expensive, you can buy nothing, snorcheling mask, which i wont to buy for my son costs 100 $ !!!! the food terrible and not clean the main restaurant seems like train station (full of people). The beach is to small.

Review 11：The private a la carte restaurants were not that great. The house red wine tastes like sweet sangria. But that did not cause me any issues. There was so much good to chose from.

Review 12：I was surprised how great the food was! Being primarily buffets, the assortment was fresh and offered local fruits and vegetables. The seafood ceviche salads were loaded with fresh fish and calamari. Some nights there were whole roasted pigs at carving stations and wonderful flavored oils and vinegars for pasta and salad. Also authentic fresh Italian thin crust pizzas made fresh every day. The coffee bar was straight from Italy and so were most of the guest. There were live Caberet performances each night that were tons of fun. The staff is young and multi talented and everyone can speak multiple languages. What a fun and well maintained place that handles guests of all ages and cultural differences with ease .

Review 13：I reserved 2 rooms 6 months before trip, and another 2 weeks prior. spoke to reservations at least 5 times before trip to ensure rooms would be close together. we are family of 7 traveling with 4 small children and one teenager. they told us our rooms would be close. upon arrival they were 10 to 15 bungalows apart. front desk told us they would fix the rooms and to come back at certin times to do so, only to giver us the run a round. we asked for the supervisor and management. they refused to come out from behind closed doors and did not fix our accommodations until I made a big scene in the main lobby in front of 30+ new guests. never seen management. they never come out of their office. trip total was about $6000. and their only concern at this resort is to sell timeshares... they kept trying to sign us up for a tour. I would never visit this resort again.......

Review 15：The food was very bland. really everything tasted exactly the same. Hamburgers and fries were the best of all the choices. The beds and pillows were horrible. The snorkel trip was a joke. The massage at the spa was the worst I've ever had.

Review 41：- Staff of this resort is overall not welcoming and not smily. - Standard rooms 24xx are 3 stars standard! Clean but no fridge with drinks, no balcony, air condition is very NOISY. Sometimes no warm water or no water at all one day !!! The WC didn't flush correctly. We asked to change the room they kept telling us come tomorrow..Avoid to book a standard room! - The food is the same everyday and sometimes doesn't feel fresh. We never saw seafood. Restaurant staff is completely disorganized : they are very SLOW spending more time to talk together rather than serving. No supervision at all, staff can do whatever they want in this Hotel. - There is a Main bar in front of the sea but no closed bar when it rains outside you have no place to go. - Disco of the hotel is really ugly looking like an empty hangar and drinks were poor. - Animation is ok but they are very italian oriented. I don't think this Hotel deserves 4 stars. There is a difference between Viva Wyndham Beach 3* and Viva Wyndham Palace 4* so be aware of the difference.

Review 42：- the beach is the BEST thing of this Resort. They lend you canoes and other sport facilities for free. - Very good price out of High season periods. - Location is very nice. - Pizza and pasta at pizzeria where very nice.
