Review 1：No WiFi, had to pay extra! Whilst eating breakfast, was asked if we weregoing to take the rolls with us! We felt as though we were being accusedof stealing!

Review 3：Understaffed. Every morning we had to wait up to 10 minutes to get a breakfast table. At times staff in the spa wasn't available at all, meaning no new towels and no refreshments.
